Respectable Gentlemen from Rheinladisches goverment,

The zoners of omega 15 sector have important information to disclose. Due to our observations of nearby star electromagnetic and nuclear activity this star system is go to implode for some time. Our techicians and scientist predicts the event will occur when luminosity of star reaches 4.87G and we are noticing changes toward that number.

That situation leaves us no choice but to pack up our colony ship which brought us there and seek new home when time comes. But until then, in this sector are plenty of valuable resources as copper and diamonds. Ownership claiming on those fields are obsolete in the light of new circumstances, but it would be asset to all if we can extract as much resources as possible from this system until it get blown apart.

So we invite Rheinland companies to exploit fully mining fields and offer our freeport depots to store and resell ore freely. They can form a prices , all we request is tu supply base with regular maintenace goods , that we can focus on more complex preparations for our colony ship depart.

One more thing. we want to allow so called hessians miners (civilian ships) if they are interested to enter system and scavenge what they can in return for - not disturbing rheinland authorities in omega 15. Some nuisance as we think can be beared , as those resources will evaporate whatever... Who can get more , will have profits. Personally we have information that hessian movement dismantled their primary diamond mining base in omega 11 , so their presence will be more ceremonial than real.
In short we would declare temporary peace zone in this whole system and everyone who can organize ore extracting can come and get what he can until we have enough time. Our freeport will harbour all and support operations.
Rheinland military ships are welcomed to keep order, but only condition not to harras hessians unles they enter system in military vessels.

Is this message serious, zoner? You are asking DHC and Kruger to mine along Red Hessian civilians. Civilians. There is no such thing as Hessian civilians.

Not only that, you are also inviting the Rheinland Military to keep peace in the system, and not harras the Hessians, yet everybody knows that its the Hessians the ones who harrass everyone for their greed.. This is a complete disaster waiting to happen.
