All of this of course if that has ever happened but I am giving that Zoner benefit of doubt.

However sir, the first Fearless captain was stopped because he refused to drop the nomadic remains he withheld on said ship, also not to mention when he stopped he said

"Dont Dare Do That Again" before docking on the Freeport

Also as a side note sir, we fired when he ignored us and held support from a drunk Corvo captain, as stated, as the primary that was with us or other wise OCV Sierra...

As stated above, the vessel refused to drop the remains, the Order Primary, Agent Rebecca Blackburn, stated we open fire, which we did, however the ship docked before we could destroy it.

SS.Numberabis however, decided calling Order Agents Infected including myself, Ramming our ships and demanding we pay fines, which being foolish and i really didn't understand, and after numerous -Loud- Demands. Decided to destroy the vessel based on the fact of it being a threat toward other Order Agents. Not to mention it fired a Missile which struck the Xana's Revenge and a second Missile fired at a nearby Freelancer narrowly missing it.

I saw no other option but to destroy it before someone got hurt, or killed.

As hat mentioned above by the two captaina.The Zoner Destroyer captain Refused to stop for scanning...and then He went ad because i was trying to Cruise Distrup his engines so he can stop for a scan, However I was able to Scan him.and found even 17 or 13 Nomadic Remains in his cargo..We Demanded him to Drop them...But he refused and shot his Goddamn Weapons on my ship...
And he threatend us before docking...saying "Dont you ever do that again"....
