The problem you're experiencing and the solution, I think.

Wide awake in a world that sleeps, enduring thoughts, enduring scenes. The knowledge of what is yet to come.
From a time when all seems lost, from a dead man to a world, without restraint, unafraid and free.

Your AGP card is not for gaming, you should have 30-40 fps with this card ( after checking //benchmarchs etc ) with -full details on "performance". In anycase, I would use Omega-drivers

Were fools to make war on our brothers in arms.

I fixed it!
Guess how.

1. Open the PC
2. Get the video card out.
3. Clean that part that connects to the motherboard. (don't know how its called in english)
4. Put the card back in.
5. Install drivers.

I feel like an idiot.
The simplest solution worked.
