Guildmasters.

This is Vincent Maddox, GMG gunboat captain.

Today, whilst patrolling Sigma 13, I came across 2 ships mining He-3. I scanned them and, whilst they seemed to be G&M registered, they had GMG Id's.

I tracked them on long range scanners and noted that after filling up, they travelled to New London, presumably to sell the gas.

It's obvious to me, that they are using temporary GMG Id's in order to havest gas and gain some quick cash.

Please advise whether we are allowing this, or whether I should challenge them in the future and order them to cease their mining operations.

It's a good thing that you remain vigilant and are on the look-out for poachers in our fields. While we only allow GMG vessels to extract the gases from the our miners, this does not prohibits the use of the fields for other, non-organized gas miners, such as the G&M.

No intervention is required in this case. As long as ships are identified with the GMG ID, they're allowed to extract gases from the miners. If you find anyone mining who're NOT using the correct ID, they're poachers and fair game.
