In my recent missions out into the [classified] , [classified] , [classified] ,systems I have seen your fighters in action taking [classified] as well as Corsairs and Outcast vessels left and right, The ship in question the AP-18100 "Manta" Bounty Hunter Very Heavy Fighter seems to be quite the powerful fighter and me often being in the systems and in places were [classified] run rampant.I feel it would be of much use to me. My question is simple what would be needed for me to gain access to one of your vessels of such class?

We only sell ship licenses on a wholesale level, to corporate or military clients, and not on the retail or individual level.
I suggest and recommend (require, even) that you follow normal organizational protocols for the Liberty Security Force in procuring weapons, weapons systems, and weapons delivery systems.

(As an aside, there ARE standard protocols and paperwork that we need to have filled out for straight purchases. However, there are other, additional methods of payment that do not require the actual transfer of credits available - such as the negotiation of certain trade rights, basing, and/or docking options. If you can convince your superiors that it is in their best interest to utilize our ships, we'll make this as inexpensive as we can from a material standpoint.)
