Good day Honorble Member´s of the COF
Administrator and leading Doctor Thomas Henrikson here

I contact you whit the gravest of news, as some of you might know,
a war have begun amongst Zoners, and Zoner allies.
The zoner group in Omicron 74 also known as ZA have declared war on Phoenix, and deliberately chosen not to follow Order´s instruction,
on how to handle nomad remains, and chosen not to respect those terms special set for Zoners, as one of the few who may carry Nomad remains.

I ask for the COF guidens and help in this matter on what steps to take, and what we can do to protect those innocent people that live in Omicron 74, and what steps can we take to ensure that the war dose not spread in to naboring systems such as Omicron Theta , Gamma and so on, i have ensured that refuges and people in need of medical aide will have a safe harbor ad FP9 but i fear that the station along whit the inhabitens of Omicron Theta will be in danger of this madness spreading, and ask for help to keep all zoner installations,
and inhabitens safe trough this armed conflict.
