Question about 2 hour system-enterring probation upon death

If another player accidentally kills you by hitting you repeatedly after a trade lane, does the 2 hour time still apply?

If the player who killed you allows it, you can return to the system anyway. So if it was an accident, just ask him to let you return.

But then you take it as a "valid" kill.
In such case, if he doesn't allow you to return, and at same time does not have an appropriate ID to blow you up, or did not RP with you beforehand or did not make a demand if you're in a transport, and killed you while you were level 29 or less, he's open for sanction.

So, once again, is it a "valid" kill that counts as pvp death, or maybe not?

Even if someone broke the rules killing you, your not allowed to return to the system, so Id advise just going with what I said, and if it fits your sanction criteria, just sanction them.

I think you can safely assume that even if you don't ask, nobody's going to file a sanction if you return to the same system in those cases.

Noone even looks at that as a kill... It is more like a bug since it only happens through the all time present lag.
