' Wrote:I'd like to reiterate this. Snowdown is a really frigging stupid name, and shame on you, Dab, for endorsing it. Snowdown is reason enough for Rheinland to drop a deuce on what little is left of Bretonian pride.
edit: I mean, come on, it doesn't even make any sense! You could've named it after any number of British colonial acquisitions, or any of the many chunks of Britain not expressly represented by Bretonia at present, and still had the Baroness be named Snowdown.
Snowdown was a mining town near Dover, in the UK. Omega-3 is primarily a mining system.
Also, we didn't name Omega-3 after my character. We named my character after Omega-3.
Generally Barons/Viscounts/Earls titles are named for the location they own. So the Baroness of the Snowdown region would be named Baroness Snowdown.
As far as I'm concerned I think we can all agree that sirius has a static economy and that any attempt to base consequences on an economy that doesn't exist (despite some of our wishes) is entirely futile. I say just just roll with it and if all else fails, it can't be terribly difficult to write it into some semblance of RP later. Besides, I think we can agree that the new activity will be good for the community, and it's not as if rheinland and Bretonia are going anywhere anyway.
edit: On the whole RP is developed around the players actions argument; if that were true then Liberty and Rheinland have all but declared peace, Kusari has ceased to exist as a house, the gallians and IMG have annexed the dublin system for it's mineral wealth, and the Order has secretly amassed a fleet larger than all of the houses and gallia combined to do God only knows what with.

All those Horus,Dreads are gonna steamroll over the Core, then Iota, 99, Chester, Unknown. And then w're gonna vaporise Heaven's Gate, and then go and annhilate Omicron Major, end the Nomad threat, break up, and hide our massive fleet behind the Razgriz Black Hole in case something happens. Except for a few ships, which will patrol.
Then we let Sirius do its thing.
Oh crap Ilya's gona kill me for revealing our plans...not to mention Mario down there.
I said Belgium....I meat Balkan Peninsula...My bad.

See nomad equipment, assume Wilde. No nomad equipment but just the tag and ID, play along please? Admins whine at us for tweaking our 3 year old faction status.
Of course, we are more then willing to play along with people going "Ohhh, experimental weapons?" in response to nomad guns.
Exactly! What do you mean that Rheinland and Bretonia can't fight 2 way wars with limited manpower and supplies? The Order order has been fighting a 3 way war for years and their only supply company is the occasional zoner!

Four as off recently
Keepers from Iota, Core from Delta, Aoi from Tohuku, Navy from Alaska.
After careful consideration in a meeting drowned in alcohol and small brawls between peers,
the Reaver Merc. Co. decided to institute two options in this particular war.
One: Discount prices to the side that hires us first in any engagement.
So, take advantage of premium prices in removing heads and blowing up ships of the other guy.
Two: If the above is not verified... Reaver Law is in place.
