Very well , Next time 'I' see one of your Glorious war ships being annihilated by the Wild I'll just Disrupt their engines 'till they blow up into tiny little shreds. Data Attachment
Jack has not often taken that much time to think about what he was going to say or write in transmission as he did with this one. Too much depended on its success for him personally. Making up with the Molly by offering them what they wanted, supplying them with goods from a source that would be hard to trace... that would be one more step on the difficult path that would ultimately lead him back to the Hood office.

Comrades of the Coalition, Chairman Jeremy Porter, honourable Premier Katz,
this is Jack Henderson contacting you on behalf of the Independent Miners Guild.
The Guild wants to request that one IMG Special Operations Ships (transport class) is granted access to Omega 52 for the purpose that I would like to explain now.
As the Coalition may know, the relations between IMG and Mollys have deteriorated to an alarming all time low. After Mollys attacked our miners, we had to cease all mining operations which would lead to widespread unemployment among the Dublin work force soon, as the Cambridge Mining operation cannot be compared to Dublin. We want to avoid this, as we feel responsible for our workforce.
Recent changes in the Molly's aggressive and extremist behaviour have lead to the possibility of a reconciliation. A part of this process is that the IMG ships certain goods to the Mollys.
By our contacts to Volgograd Industrial I know that the Coalition produces the goods that the Mollys would need. Furthermore, I cannot buy on the open Bretonian market, as the movement of goods could be traced and the link between IMG and Mollys could be uncovered and used against us by elements in the Bretonian society. It is very hard for Coalition goods to be traced back as only few know what the factories in the lower Omegas produce, which would be very valuable for this purpose.
Consequently, the Coalition is the perfect partner to buy the required goods from.
I have already contacted the Volgograd Industrial Chairman and I was assured that they were willing to supply the IMG with the goods, namely Small Arms, Medicine and Engine Components.
I would not ask that openly you if I didn't know that the Sirius Coalition Revolutionary Army and the Mollys were on at least neutral terms. Dublin Hood reported of fights in which Mollys and SCRA fought against Bretonian forces and there are no reports of our Molly contacts in the MMC that would lead to the conclusion that there was some problems between the Coalition and Mollys.
Thus I would request the permission to grant access to Omega 52 to the vessel "IMG|Ruby", a Stork class Transport vessel that will be used to ship the goods.
The IMG would offer to supply the Coalition with some goods in return on these runs, if we are told what commodities are needed. I dare say we are rather well connected to most Sirius markets, so it should be possible to get our hands on most types of goods available.
I hope you will look upon my request favourably.
Yours sincerely
Jack Henderson

The IMG has been in contact with the Coalition via diplomatic channels for some time. IMG and Coalition have been fighting on the same side in the short but fierce Rheinland-IMG Omega 7 Conflict.
I was told to apply for a visum by the Commander Colonel Rhade of the SCRA Argus flagship CPW-Tsiolkovsky that fought in Dublin yesterday. I paste a log of the beginning of our conversattion.
Quote:Jack Henderson: Sir, this is IMG Core Henderson, I have a diplomatic request to make to a high ranking SCRA.
Jack Henderson: Can you connect me to someone?
SCRA|CPW-Tsiolkovsky: Wolfe: Indeed. Allow me to patch you through to Commissar-Colonel Rhade.
Jack Henderson: *nods* Thank you, Sir. It is much appreciated
SCRA|CPW-Tsiolkovsky: Rhade: This is Colonel Rhade. How can I be of assistance, Mr. Henderson.

[color=#FFFFFF]Mr Henderson,
[font=Lucida Sans Unicode][color=#FFFF00]I am happy to consider your request to enter our territory following several conditions are met. I will state these on this channel.
[color=#FFFF00]First, there will be a summit held in Dublin between the IMG, representatives of the Mollys and ourselves. I am looking to formalise relations with the Mollys and I believe I can kill two birds with one stone, so to speak. Diplomacy is an interesting game, one I am new to. I have managed to broker a non-aggression pact between the [M] and SCRA, If I can get a full allied treaty signed with them - I will be sure to include IMG interests as part of that.
The reasons behind this are simple, as I am revealing no tactical secrets by stating our governments opinion. The BAF are expansionist. We have seen this with their renaming of Omega-3 to Snowden. They will not stop there. They are being pressured to the north which in turn will push them south. Towards our territory. Having a strong Dublin in their path will slow their progress.
Following successful talks I will ask that this second and main request be granted. In order to solidify Dublin and to provide the safety and security it and our home planets require, we will be stationing defense squadrons of fighters bombers and gunships in the Dublin system. I was going to ask this of the Mollys, instead I will ask it of you. The BAF blame you for the start of the war against Kusari. The only base you have in Bretonia is that of the Battleship Hood, in sovereign Molly territory. Allow us to use this base, to station our defense group there and protect you and work towards a strong, Molly controlled Dublin.
You will benefit from having SCRA squadrons on hand in any crisis working to secure the futures of the common workers.
The deal, to me, seems a good one. The Mollys have a powerful trading partner and have a powerful ally. The IMG have mining rights secured and are protected from unilateral attack. The SCRA gain militarily by having new supplies shipped to us from both you and the Mollys. It is all win-win-win.
However, we must bring this proposal in front of the Mollys - And have successful peace talks.

My Dear Premier Katz,
It appears that we need to update our list of ships requiring Entry Visas for Omega 52, sir. Our Warden, Popess Kyte, is in retreat at the Geode, so I'm picking up the ball for her.
We have some new, and some "returning" members. I will update the list here as I determine the status of our current Members:

Honourable Commandant Chun Ki Ling,
I'd like to comment on the demands that you name as a prerequisite to a visum for Omega 52:
The IMG will gladly participate in such a three party meeting. Especially with the latest developments no harm can be done by talking to each other, preferably about topics that don't have much to do with the issues that have lead to the conflicts. So this one will be easy to comply to and could lead to a positive result.
Now, I fear I cannot give a diplomatic answer to your second demand. I apologize for the necessary bluntness, but what you wish is out of the question. You said yourself that you are new to the business of diplomacy and so you likely cannot know how difficult IMG diplomacy is and how impossilbe your request is.
I will explain, as you would never have asked for docking rights at Hood if you had been in the picture completely: IMG has survived in Bretonia by staying in a unsteady balance between Bretonia and Mollys. We are neutral, but accepted by both. Sacrificing that neutrality by allowing enemies of Bretonia like the Coalition to station striking wings there, would unsettle the fragile balance and would likely result in the siege or even loss of all Bretonian bases (Hood and Cardiff) and a disruption of the connection between our Tau and Omega holdings and Freeport 4 to become more or less useless as there would be no IMG traffic between Bretonia and Liberty.
So, I am sorry to deny that request. But I have no choice.
I'd like to point again at the request that I made: I'd like one transport to be allowed to enter Omega 52once per month or once ever two weeks.
I don't see where the access to the named goods (that are by no means unique in Sirius) would justify the demands of yours. It was more of an act of... practical thinking, laziness and the will to improve the IMG-Coalition relations that made me contact the Coalition instead of New London's Junkers or some other suppliers that operate in the region and sell the goods as well.
I hope you see why I cannot give my consent and I also hope you still regard the request for that visa as valid.
I am looking forward to hearing from you again.
Jack Henderson, over and out.

[color=#FFFFFF]Mr Henderson,
[font=Lucida Sans Unicode][color=#FFFF00]I understand your plight, and you have my absolute assurance that I will work with you to find a way to help.
[color=#FFFF00]My request was a hopeful one I admit, however I am glad you have agreed to these talks. I see the Mollys as a potentially valuable ally. I see the IMG as invaluable partners in trade. In principle, I will still agree to the permit - Subject to these talks. I need to know what the Mollys need from their own mouths, I need to know what the IMG need and stand to gain and in return I require access to Gold.
I have sent a communication to the Mollys viewable here.
I would appreciate a reply from your organisation. Stating when a representative will be available.

Commandant Chun Ki Ling, thank you for understanding the difficult situation that the IMG is in. I am sure that even without the docking permission we can find lots of fields in which we can successfully cooperate.
I replied in the request, thank you for reminding me about it. I hope the Molly leadership will also consent to these talks.
