A week ago I encountered Elder Alexander in a gunboat in Hamburg. The corsair Elder was quite excitable but was not however performing any acts of piracy in our systems. I noticed that the Elder was carrying a number of Nomads. When questioned about this he was adamant that they were to be delivered to Crete where a number of tests and experiments were to be conducted on their anatomy. This was an ongoing experiment that he had been conducting to look for weaknesses in the Nomad Physiology. RepEx carries a nomad transportation licence and the TBH do not. I asked Alexander to submit them to me for transportation to allow him to withdraw from Rheinland without further need to be stopped. I gave my word to deliver these specimens to him at Crete. Being a man of my word I transported them to crete within the week and was met with the news that Elder Alexander had expired due to an illness. A number of new recruits were present with me. When no representative Elder of TBH was present we withdrew to Kappa to gather information on nomad technology and strategic positions.
While I was conducting business on Primus the TBH Velasco attacked without warning one of our cruisers. The Helios was almost completely destroyed. This act of aggression was completely uncalled for. I immediately undocked and requested that the commander of the Velasco cease fire. Fortunately he did so under threat from my own cruiser the Hydra and one of our new recruits in his Gunboat gave assistance in calming the situation. I personally scopped Helios's escape pod from the void. A recovery crew was comissioned and the Helios shell has been returned to Alster for refitting and repairs. I am most aggreived that the TBH commander who I am assuming is an Elder chose to attack our recon force without warning especially since I was delivering Nomad specimens for their own use. The commander of the Velasco demanded that I make you aware that RepEx is a corrupt corporation that is becoming too cosy with The [RM] and that we should remember that the corsairs have refrained from aggression with us for a long time.
I am personally disadvantaged at the damage done to one of the capital ships that I personally comissioned and am frustrated that I have had to refrain from violence with this miscreant. I accept that we were outside of our sphere of influence but I cannot accept that his activity was justified or appropriate.
Unless a full and abiding appology is received from TBH I reccomend our stance with TBH be moved to full hostile and all corsair ships within our sphere of influence within Rheinland be shot on sight. I will not tolerate our personell being attacked by fools who shoot before they think, particularly when I was delivering specimens to be used for the betterment of their cause and all of sirius. It is a shame that Elder Alexander was lost as this may signal a shift in the fortunes of many people in Sirius. He was a calming and forward thinking influence among the corsairs. Without his guidance and influence the corsairs may be tempted into more of this unthinking, policy shaking aggression which was so clearly demonstrated in Kappa.
I am highly irritated by this idiotic fool aboard the Velasco Sir. It would be an honour to draw the skin slowly from his beaten body.

Message: I understand your frustration Orion. Your actions vis a vis the nomad transportation ban are to be commended in the face of no coherent direct policy given the specific instance. Again, your actions with the TBH in the ensuing matter of the destruction of our Cruiser are also to be commended. The situation is as such: There is a plan to reorganize and refit existing Republican Security Forces of the RepEx brand. As such distinct policy directives from the Headquarters will wait until this is formally addressed in an official statement outlining all pertinent matters and offering advice and directives for all outstanding issues. For the time being all I can offer you is this vague and obviously unsatisfying directive: Do not engage in aggressive conduct against possible security threats unless such threats engage any members of RepEx, RM, or lawful traders within the sphere of Rheinland space. Stick to the basic tenets of the escort guidebook.
Further, I order you not to exit Rheinland space in force for any purpose other than escort or direct aide to RM personnel upon request. This is only a temporary order to satisfy the confused and contradictory situation. I expect that within days we will have new directsives for you and the rest of your men. In the mean time we do not want to attract ire which would add to RepEx's serious concerns. You will be given full range of action within policy parameters soon enough. In the mean time I suggest you use the time you've alloted to train up your pilots.
Do not fret Orion, RepEx is taking all of these matters seriously and is acting to secure the safety of our interests and our employees.

It is time to choose sides. A Rheinland corporation, so rich and fabulous, whose foundation owes itself to the Corsairs, should be entitled to pay a small sum to their forebearers.
If you choose to pay, your continued friendship with the Corsairs is guaranteed for the future, with your ships gaining Corsair assistance wherever there aren't prying eyes. You would also have access to Crete, and the extensive market for artifacts around Sirius. Gold is also in need on Tripoli, so you could have your shippers deliver cargoes of the material to our shipyards. We would pay a high price for them, as demand currently far outstrips supply. As an economist yourself, Alex, you will appreciate that this is a business offer which could prove very lucrative for you.
Of course, if you refuse our generous offer of continued friendship and access to military and economic benefits, then your operations within Rheinland itself and indeed outside may be jeopardized. Our fleet has been almost completely rebuilt, hence the need for Gold, and it would be a shame to waste resources fighting you and the Rheinland military. Indeed, you would not have access to the high prices on our bases of Gold, or the artifacts that we sell from our home, Crete. It would be a fruitless, but sadly necessary conflict between each other, one that need not happen. If RepEx shipments started to fail in reaching their designation, the shares in your company would plummet. Most companies, historically and currently, take their share-holders and hold them in high regard. If RepEx were to fail in keeping their shipments safe, there would no doubt be a fall, or perhaps even crash in the currently high value of the RepEx stock.
We the Elders have watched your company very closely and we do not like what we see. Your continued militarization of RepEx and your cozy dealing with one of our most hated enemy displeases us greatly. We believe you need a reminder of your roots which is what Elder Costello did last night when you decided to move RepEx capital ships so close to our home world.
I am sure you can appreciate the precariousness of both our positions, but the Elders feel it necessary that you take into consideration your earlier promises of helping our cause in exchange for security in our section of the Omicrons and the boarder worlds, try not to forget all those months your ships moved freely through Corsair space running the lucrative trade run from Cambridge to Theta.
Message: Today, while making ready to leave orbit of New Berlin with a load of Diamonds, I was solicited by a Corsair pirate, known only as 'Enyo', for money. His exact words were "RepEx 1 mill" or some permutation thereof. He then commenced a bombardment on my shields and armor. I delayed him while turning my ship about and docked with New Berlin.
At this point other lawful traders in the system called afoul and legal forces in the system headed to our aide. I asked MuddyWaters, an escort who had earlier asked me if I required aide, to come help destroy this pirate. At the same time i called for RepEx Security to come to help and RepEx|Trek headed immediately to my location. At this point I left the system for Frankfurt while the other ships were engaging the culprit. While en route I saw that each of our freinds was destroyed, MuddyWaters being the last.
I arrived at New Tokyo unharmed and unloaded my cargo. I then made arrangements for MuddyWaters to meet RepEx|Gunther, a new recruit brought to us by Orion, who would pay him for his troubles. Gunther will be repayed the costs of this by the Accounting Department.
In addition, I would like to recommend MuddyWaters be placed on our preferred outsource list. His aide was invaluable.
Recommending that we place 'Enyo' on our KoS list and inform the Rheinland authorities.

Greetings gentlemen and ladies. I wish to thank you for all the support you have provided my people while they suffered. We have begun receiving our cure in Baffin. Our relationship with you has not changed. We remain on a friendly basis with your organization because of your efforts.
I do not know what happened to the one you call Trek. And I am sorry for the interception of your transmissions. Our computers are programmed to search out any communications channels where our people are discussed. I fear there is a misunderstanding as to what happened to him. He reported there were unioners and pirates in the area. The Worker's Union (W) and the Nayehiya (N) encountered each other ... not on friendly terms. My warrior, Atalawohisdi, managed to secure some neutrality with them by avoiding Bering. In return, we do not engage one another. I believe the one known as Trek was engaged by these unioners and not the Nayehiya.
We have placed RepEx tagged vessels on our "do not engage" list. RepEx traders have the freedom of movement with regard to our vessels. This is because of the honor you showed us in our time of need. We wish to keep our relationship on a peaceful basis.
With the cure found in Baffin, we have managed to move back into Liberty and regain our foothold as Liberty Rogues. We are no longer living in exile. We are making plans for building our home in Cassini. This will provide us a safe home to rest from this long plague.
Live long and happy lives ... enjoy watching your children grow as we do.
Message: Today while on a commerce action patrol, along the New Berlin --> New Tokyo route, RepEx-Shipping|552, under my command at the time, assembled an ad hoc friendly convoy and, with RepEx Security support, made a number of runs between the two destinations. What follows is a detailed description posted in audio-video format with flight data recorder images.

I left dock at New Berlin 2300 hours local time. I met up with RepEx Security personnel Orion and Gunther who proceeded to escort me along a run to New Tokyo. My hold was full of diamonds for this trip, destined to return with a hold of niobium. En route I was contacted by an independant trader, [Trader]Titan301, who wished to join me on my route and enjoy the benefits of our escorts. Me met up at New Tokyo and continued back towards New Berlin. After a short while Titan left us for other opportunities. He was an excellent trader to fly with.
At this point I solicited MuddyWaters, a Freelance escort pilot whom I had worked with not too long ago. My experience with him was excellent and I looked to enjoy his protection once more. He met us at New Berlin where he was incorporated into the group. We also at this point received a new trader, gezkerdie, who expressed an interest in our corporation. I spoke to him about the benefits and he agreed to join our now substantially protected convoy while promising to post an application to RePex officially later.
It should be noted that up until now we had had 2 fighter escorts. One had gone through the trade lanes and jump gates first to ascertain the safety of the area, this fell to Gunther, one of our new but exiting new pilots. The other pilot, Orion our gallant VP of Security, guarded Titan. At this point, with the addition of MuddyWaters, Orion landed and boarded his RepEx tagged but Rheinland Military issues Gunboat to bolster the strength of our group. It would be needed soon enough.
We entered the New Tokyo system via Honshu, and as we left a trade lane we were immediately confronted with an Outcast Destroyer. Without hesitation and with great prudence the security forces opened fire, and Orion's gunboat helped in this situation. But, as the traders fled to the welcoming safety of New Tokyo orbit, Yoda-[T], a former trader gone Battleship escort, came to our rescue, destroying the Outcast. His generosity saw us receive this service gratis and with much good will and praise for all sides. Yoda is a just and honest pilot. We all felt safer with him patrolling Kusari space.
After making New Tokyo landfall, we received communication from our escorts in orbit that another trader, U.S.S.Intrepid, had entered orbit. We offered to him the chance to enter our trading group and he accepted, buying niobium immediately for the return journey to New Berlin. With him on board we saw our convoy swelled to its full size for the evening, 3 traders, 2 Advanced Trains and one Large, and 3 escorts, 2 interceptor fighters, and Orion's Rheinland Gunboat.
On the trip back to New Berlin I engaged the TAZ member Reggie, call sign Oro de Veranda, in idle conversation, in an effort to keep the lines of diplomacy between our people open. He was most amicable and told me of his people's trouble. Pirates continuously assail the zoners in the outlying sectors and it is only getting worse. Perhaps some time RePex can lend a hand.
After this the convoy began to disband, as one member after another found need to take leave. It was a melancholie moment when I realised the exitement and the momentary brotherhood of the evening was at an end. But hopefully I will organize further such convoys.
What follows are stills taken of the above described events:
First run of the evening ------ Titan joins the group ------ Our convoy en route ------ Praise for Yoda-[T] -- Intrepid and 552 in Sigma-13 --- A Trio of Trains ------------- One last run

I am pulling myself out from RepEx. I was too hurt emotionally and physically by the RM to continue to even have a close affiliation with them anymore (And even in real life). I had finally been able to accomplish thing I had never before, I was actually able to gather nomad weapons on my own, and the RM kill me, take the weapons and sell them. You could not even begin to understand how I felt. This come after they attacked me with no prior warning or asking what my pupose was there, which was fixing my IFF tag. I am sorry but this is too much of an emotional burden(especially RL).
So if you want the weapons you gave me you can have them back, I'm just going to pick a point in the Sirius space, hit cruise, and never look back.
Sincerely,
Kurai Takar.

Greetings, RepEx... I have a couple of questions I wish to have answered. Earlier today one named "Takar" came in to New Berlin flying one of our Wraths, with a Mercanary identification. And you should know well of the Merc ban within Rheinland. He also happened to have Lawful and Civlian pilots onboard his ship, refused to drop them, and openly refused Rheinland orders to leave the system twice from two of my pilots. For that, he was marked as a hostile target within all of Rheinland.
Now, why does this concern you at all? Simple, he openly revealed that he had some kind of affiliation with your company. Forwarding the logs now...
Now... I do not see any kind of RepEx affiliation on his comm signature, meaning I have no intentions on letting him run freely. If he is truly one of your employees, then I suggest fixing him to show as one. And maybe giving him the intelligence to follow orders in Rheinland space...
