Can anyone list me the bases where I can get Hessian bribes ? I recently bought a PTrain, and one my smuggling routes includes a Hessian base (My ship is Rogue ID'd) And well, the rep is almost red, still neutral tho'. Too bad that the new system prevents me from docking and says my Reputation stinks...

Is there any base where I can get a Hessian bribe to take care of that ?

Well. Just for further need, use wiki to find such information. Pages for stations and planets has list of all offered bribes in that place.
