So I was on my way to Liberty this morning, when I happened upon a Corsair and a Hog in Kyushu. Since they were not really doing anything good at the moment, I decided to take the two of them out!

Although the proof of location is a bit iffy, you can see by the blue cloud in one of the pictures that I am indeed in Kusari. Add to the fact that there were rookies from the Alliance and Police there and I think that shows to be ample evidence. As well, both of these targets appear to be claimable Sirius wide. Still though, I shall attempt to provide better evidence for bounty locations in the future.
