I noticed yesterday, basic gunboat missiles dont hit the hull. Targets were:
-stations in missions
-weapon platforms (any kind)
-xeno starfliers (cant kill a single one despite hitting it)
-wrecks
In addition, they seem unable to damage transport hulls too...
Any ideas?

Working as designed. Gunboat missiles (and the Asco torpedo) are EMP weapons now. 10K shield damage, but only 200 or so hull damage.

Missile is a wasted slot on an all-purpose gunboat. If you know you will be fighting mostly snubs, then it can be used for the specific purpose of deshielding and draining those targets. If you fight anything bigger, using a missile will result in less damage output versus the enemy, and you will just die sooner.
