I don't think you have the right to tell that I/We ignored something in faction request, since both person in charge had passed faction to others. If they ignored something, talk to them and blame them for that.

As for the second point, I don't get what are you trying to say.
Fact is, IC| can use Ryuujins. Do we use them? Fact is, that we don't. You have a problem with that, go to faction feedback and tell us your concerns.
