Santiago: And still, to really ensure a future for humanity, we shoudl not only fight against the outer threats, but try to mend the inner divisions as well. We know too well how the Nomads used the fractures between human factions to their advantage. We should not discard this issue so promptly, admiral. *looks in his eyes* I'm sure you understand why I'm telling you all this. Aliens are not the only armed menace that's knocking at the sirian doors.

'Conflict is human nature. You can't stop it entirely. I was wandering around Sirius and found cause worth fighting for. Whatever bad we are, ensuring our survival as a race should take priority. If there would be oppurtunity to stop a war, you best know I would use it. Gallia on edges of Sirius is just another form of greed. It may be dangerous enough that ignoring it will be a simple stupidity.'

Santiago: Cerberus will NOT ignore it. Greed is only the tip of the iceberg. King Charles is acting on something far worse than the usual political or economic motive. Gallia's attitude is proving to be a danger for all of Sirius, and thus, to all humanity. it's a threat as much as the Nomads, and as such it should be treated. *takes a breath* But already, some factions are preferring to sport a "neutrality" stemmed out of fear, and this phenomenon will be birthing disasters for sure. If Sirius won't present a united front, I fear for them. I fear for all of us. *turns her gaze to the window* Isn't it something that the Order should be involved with, Admiral? What have we been fighting for all these years? Stop the Nomad swarms only to deliver Sirius in the hands of a maniac?

'A madman, who's their own people rebel against him. It does not matter how long it takes, he will fall that way or another. Even if we all loose, remember that human being never is satisfied with being a slave in all possible meanings of that for longer period of time. Dont forget that if we jump on Gallia now, there is no one else to keep nomads occupied. Only small forces can be spared at current. This is unfortunate but the only way to stop Gallia is to drag bigger forces, Liberty specificaly. And I am damn sure they are planning something already.'

Santiago: Sooner or later he will fall, si. But how much damage will he do in the meantime? How many lives he will brings down with himself as he falls? *pauses for a moment* And make no mistake, admiral. I'm not suggesting to assault Gallia. That would be foolish indeed. But we should put ourselves in motion to try and unite all Sirius against the greater menace. I know our position isn't the best suited for this task... but if we don't try, who will do it? The Houses? they're already at war between them, and will use Gallia as an excuse to isolate even more, with the illusion to be able to use them for toeir own gain. The Zoners? They hole themselves in their Freeports and their systems, hiding behind their neutrality like it was some kind of invulnerable shield. I won't even comment on the hispanic factions, I know them too well to hold any hope on their behavior. Even the IMG is refusing to resist the gallic invasion, and the Colonials alone cannot hope to hold the Taus forever. *looks again at Golanski* Are you telling me that you would let all of this go towards the disaster it promises, and do nothing to stop it?

'You would be surprised about Zoners here. I first saw that but they at last found strenght to stand together. Furthermore I sold informations to TAZ concerning ways to deal with GRN forces, after all we were there for some time. Knowing them, information will get around and apropriate people will get to know about it.' Golanski apparently wants to hint on something. 'You know it yourself. In shadows there is always happening more.'

Santiago: My fear is that the old subtle ways we're used to won't be fast enough to reach the objective before the tides of war fall on Sirius. Still, Cerberus doesn't want to hinder your plans with our actions, even only by accident. Is there something specific you might want to inform us about? We've had our misunderstandings with the Primary Fleet in the past, but you know, admiral, that you can count on us should the need arise.

'We have recon cruiser in area. Monitoring situation, observing chain of events. I still know nothing concerning Freeport 10 what abouts and Outcasts stance on the war. If system gets too hot it will have to escape into Baffin system. Any other operations in area are covert and nothing currently threatens any of our operatives in this sector.'

Santiago: *nods* I see. We will probably extend our drone network in gallic space in the near future to perform an early warning service on the King's forces movements, but at the moment we have no assets there. On the other hand, we will probably be able to provide you some intelligence about the Outcast intentions soon. Some of our ships are stationed at Freeport 10 as well, and so far the system remained quiet. *takes a breath, looks around and lowers her voice a bit* We're also working to gain better access to bretonian space, for more than a reason; it's not just about Gallia, it's about Nomads as well. Certain elements in our possession suggest that tere might be some kind of peaceful intercourse between the Gaian movement and the aliens.

Sombrero heard the Admiral and another person are talking about the Outcasts, so he is moving towards Golanski and Santiago. "Hola again, about the Outcasts...I heard you have talked about them. Well, during my time in the Corsair empire I have seen a lot of strange things connected to the Outcasts. Sometimes when we were able to get to their frontlines with a little fleet we have seen, the Outcasts are getting support by the Slomon K'Hara. They are calling them "The Spirits", whatever that means. It seems the Nomads are a kind of gods for them. Over five times we had no chance to secure another piece of territory in Omicron Eta while the Slomon K'Hara helped them to defend the Outcasts territory. In any case I only know the cardamine is rebuilding their DNA so that it seems the Outcast scum is getting more and more like the alien race we are at "war" with. *He takes a deep breath* That would explain why they want to spread all the cardamine around. With doing that the Outcasts have much more influence on bringing alien matter into the core worlds than everyone knows."
