A ship just docked on Yanagi flown by our female friends at Ainu. They delivered a report of a Hogosha vessel smuggling artifacts through our scrap operation in the Sigmas. The name of the Hogosha vessel is Firemoth. It is a Raba class transport. They also report that the crew is not that skilled so you should be able to take it down provided to have the proper firepower to breach its hull. I recommend Recyclers and Pilgrims working together.

As previously stated, I've been getting reports about Kusari forces becoming more aggressive in the Sigmas. Now one of our ships was attacked and destroyed by the KNF. This is intolerable. I should have known better than to make a deal with that raggedy old emperor trying to keep the peace. I see now that he doesn't want peace. Please forward to me any reports you have of other Kusari aggressions immediately.

Well, it's just no fun being a Junker if there isn't someone shooting at you. It appears someone has paid the Reavers to come after us again. I do find it somewhat amusing that the Reavers still want to act friendly to us and tell us this is just business. Well I guess they will understand this as well since it is just business. All Congressmen are forbidden to have any business dealing with the Reavers in any way. We will not be paying them for anything.
Also, I'm personally willing to pay 75 million SC to anyone who can provide credible evidence as to who has paid the Reavers off this time. It's not too hard to guess but I want the proof.
Keep your wits about you and this will probably turn out to be fun

One final note about having these hooligans hunting us. Whenever this sort of thing happens, it generates a great deal of interest in the Congress among other Junkers. Please be attentive to other Junkers who may be looking to join our ranks because of this crisis. We usually get several new members every time this happens.

What have we learned from our history? If you want to fracture an organization you attack individuals within it. If you want to unite a group of people in solidarity you attack them all at the same time. I mentioned previously that each crisis we face makes us a bit stronger. In light of recent events, the Collectors are requesting to join our ranks so we stand together against threats to Junkers. Not only does this significantly increase the ranks of the Congress it brings in greater assets as well. Our already overflowing coffers have just doubled and we now have two barges under our command. Each Arbiter will now have his own mobile command center located on a barge. I could not be happier about this turn of events and I want to thank all of you for your recent hard work. We will continue to prosper despite the feeble attempts of others to see otherwise.
