Now to the point. Interspace Commerce, Your company is fully capable to get the Tau Trading License.
Steps You need to follow in order to get the said license:
1. Provide evidance of paid license fee for Tau Trading License to BPA)Anvil - Coporation License: 25,000,000c
2. Provide info about ships and commodities that will cross the blocade also their possible destination.
After those two simple steps we will be glad to place You on the list of permitted companies and You will be clear to proceed across the Tau blocade. Note that breaking the regulations of the said license will result in license being revoked.

The Collectors, according to this:

Now I know you are probably thinking. "When did Universal start doing research? Are there any trade corporations that just trade? Are they all getting into research now?" Let me assure you, Universal is not starting a research branch, and we will forever remain a trade corporation with the goal of helping Liberty and her allies in getting cargo shipped faster then anyone else.

That however raises the question. "Well, if you aren't branching off and becoming researchers, why do you want permission to haul Gaian Wildlife, and why should we give it to you when it says right there it only goes to Planetform, Cryer, and Researchers, and you are none of those?" And that is a really good question! The answer is a simple one.

We know that the animals and flora on Gaia are unique, and that the researchers on Cambridge Research Station are always studying these animals and flora trying to find new cures for diseases and other scientific breakthroughs. We would love to help aid in supplying the research station with these animals and flora, and help speed up these breakthroughs in Medicine and Science.

With that said, we would be moving these animals and flora from Planet Perth to Cambridge Research Station, we would not be moving these items out of Bretonia, and we would be willing to pay a little more then the usual licensing fee to do this.

Bretonia Police Authority Commerce Control Division had decided to approve your request for the Gaian Research License. However, since Universal Shipping Inc isn't included in the companies eligible for this license , USI will have to follow this steps to aquire the said license:
