Your first encounter you claim he gave you no role play. He told you not to run, and I'm willing to be you ran. I say that because you said

Your second encounter: The Hessians claim 11. The Nomads and thus the Wilde claim all of Sirius. Thus in his mind you are an intruder. Thus killing you is him fulfilling his role. You fleeing or fighting is fulfilling your role. TLDR: You're Q_Q'n.
Your third encounter: Pure speculation on your part as to why two other Wilde appeared. This is a multiplayer game. People enjoying playing in groups. If I spy another XA member online, I sometimes hop on just to go play with them. Sometimes I show up in the middle of a fight or the other XA taking some cargo. There is no rule saying they can't use preset messages as their role play. Some consider it poor form, typically those people ignore the fact that the actual fight is also part of the role play. TLDR: You made assumptions and you are Q_Q'n.
It seems to me like someone needs to introduce you to the samwhich rule as you've clearly posted this in a rage. You are looking at it from only your view point and refuse to acknowledge that there are other view points. You claim they break rules and suck at role play because they didn't role play how you wanted.
This is the kind of feedback that isn't feedback, its just Q_Q and rage. Typically this stuff is ignored in feedback threads for the aforementioned reasons.
Yes, the Keepers and the Wilde have privileges that 90% of other factions don't. This is due to their role play. Many people, you included, always conclude that when someone kills you they were merely out to ruin your fun. I'll give you that it is highly likely that there are those within those factions that are there. However, I'm sure most of them are not there to ruin your fun. They are there because they enjoy the role play of those factions; yes that role play is very PvP oriented. This is a PvP game, if you absolutely don't want to PvP you probably should find another game to play.
TLDR: Quit whining. Try to understand that everyone isn't out to ruin your fun. Accept that your view point isn't the only one. Learn that role play doesn't always go your way, and rarely goes according to your plan. Learn to adapt your play to the fluid environment as that is the sign of a good role player.
If I sounded mean, I'm sorry, but the attitude displayed in the first post is part of the problem we have in this community (I'm not saying I'm a saint, FAR from it).

Also, roleplay is not equal to long chats only. Every action inRP is roleplay. Shooting is roleplay. Buying codenames is roleplay. Being greeted is roleplay. Being shot is roleplay. Making no engagement notice is roleplay.
Rules are there to simply make fair battles, where something to say is a must, so others could have at least some time to act. Would any stealthy invasion shout at enemy "We are engaging hostiles"? No. They would do it stealthy.
So stop being disturbed by different roleplay than you expected or hoped for. Since not everything goes as you have planned. Deal with it.
That is the roleplay - space is a dangerous place. Be ready for anything.
Well, maximus is right about that. I have yet to come across an official faction leader that doesn't believe they are innately better than their respective indies or other unofficially official factions (like 141|). But no, Wilde. did nothing wrong. OP is just QQing.
What the heck may as well throw my 2 cents in. I as well have seen absolutly piss-poor roleplay from the wilde. From what i have gathered, hes not mad that they have ships, hes not mad that they have nom tech, hes mad that they can snap out a /preset and proceed to roast you, when it would be a pvp abuse sanction for anyone else.
I will say this, if a scorpion is staring at a lone fighter... in a hessian-controlled system... Is it so hard to do more than snap out a preset and start firing? Ive seen wilde lolraid fp1 with nomad bombers in tow, just becuase he wanted a blue message on two ships there. Seriously, i would agree that they should be watched, because the times i have encountered them their RP has been hilariously null.
(Quite a few times they called me a metagamer when trying to blend in, despite having nom guns on the ship. A zoner juggy would sure as hell know the diffrence between hornvipers and nomad weapons)

Wild yes. I met them for encouter several times.
After first, some other player yelled at me on skype for 30 minutes saying I got no RP, while we kept talking while running away, being threatend with stuff.
Then in Taus it was the usual stuff, we go after casts, suddenly group of 3+ Scorps log in, with their uber awesom *insert random crap* RP, for which others get banned, they shot us. Encounters lawl.
Third time, I rather docked upon seeing Wilde. Was not eager to read all the ***** and then being shot.
Elitist factiosn are truth of Discovery sadly. Funny how suddenly it all appears. It wont change still though.
But im keeping my fingers crossed it will. Us indies and regulars cant have ossim uber stuff til we kiss like OP said in first. Scorps, mixed ships with various equipment you wouldnt even get to dream about otherwise.

On a less serious note, when a person is telling me that he came to the Guard (well, let's call it that way) system of the bad tempered aliens who tend to kill people - and he came to hunt codename gun located deep in that system - and he got shot by the player who was waiting for him on the only exit and hadn't written a poem to justify something which is like a breakfast or a smoke for him - when that person starts whinning it's remarkably funny.
In the last week I wasn't really playing much, yet I encountered half a dozen people who were totally blunt when it came to accepting the logical actions of the others. I had the same issues with factions which are considered established and respected groups of mature people. It seems to be a common practice.
Whining about elitism of Wild ID is rather silly given that any ID of combat-oriented faction offers the same opportunities with a couple more lines of text. It's also amusing that the Outcasts - a faction with a bigger area of operations, with allies and with, probably the best weapons and ships on server are the first ones to cry about overpowered Nomad guns and ships. Really, guys, there is no elitism, there are opportunities you don't use.

Well I see no reason to bash my mind with some after my previous several attempts, once I tried, RPed around 30 min with them, meanwhile non one of the 3 present didn't had cd, I was on transport, so after 30 min RP the 4th one came I scanned it from 9.9k and saw that he have cd(guess what ship- Scop gb of course and guess with what kind of weapons- the ones that they said they wont use), I could run but decided to stay to see if they will gank me 4 vs transp, and guess what happened....
