This also gives the Hessians a breather. You can't log in and fly 10 feet without someone trying to kick your ass as a Hessian. Either RM is on you (if you stray from Dresden), Bounty Hunters are on you just about any place, Unioners are on you pretty much anywhere in Rheinland, and Corsairs roam the nearby omegas.
Making the Unioners more friendly with their nearby unlawfuls makes sense and it takes a little pressure off of RHA. How exactly does it hurt the Corsair cause? Were the Unioners joining Corsair fleets to go engage their enemies? They seem like they've stuck to Rheinland only as they should and their departure from Corsair alliance reinforces their relationships (positive and negative) in their home areas. Seems like a good move overall.
"To gain a hundred victories in a hundred battles is not the highest excellence;
to subjugate the enemy's army without doing battle is the highest of excellence."
Unioners were actually symbolicly allied with Corsairs and they had the chance to recieve some of their equipments but they were never meant to join them for assaulting against the enemies of the Corsairs. Unioners are already stuck up in Rheinland. This will be bad news for the RM since now they will have forces against them as a unity..

I'm sure they can handle it. They're big boys and girls. Also, since Unioners aren't allied with Corsairs, you won't see as many Corsairs coming to help with attacks on New Berlin.
On the point of Unioners meeting Bundschuh on a Freeport; Its unlikely it would take place there. Unioners are closer to being hostile to the Zoners than anyone else, inclduing Xenos. They have attacked Freeport 2 before, if you go read the news there. So it'd be better to have it on Kreuzburg in New Berlin. Junkers are completely neutral to both parties, and would prevent a fight taking place inside their own station.
Also, seeing as how I am, to my knowledge, the only Bundschuh out there, I could take the place of the Bundschuh's diplomat, with one of the W being the Unioner's diplomat.

I was using a Freeport as an example, yeah, but I think a Junker base (or maybe IMG, like Freustadt, 'Free State') could work too. Same end result.
Hell, it could even happen in a New Berlin University lecture hall after hours.

IMG was made by Rheinlanders, so a no-go on that one. A covert meeting on Planet Holstein can be a possibility though.
NB lecture halls.
Seriously, you think they don't have sympathizers? Colleges are supposedly the best sort of places for revolutionaries, so, let them meet up there.
Either on Holstein or Kreuzberg, we will need to have the meeting somewhere as soon as possible in order to validate our current policy and diplomatic status. I am open to ideas for the possible RP for it..
