It's still an import though. I'd like to see a custom replacement that still keeps the general look of the firefly, I bet jinx could whip up something =P

Well, that's rather the beauty of it. Take the simple model and touch it up where needs be. It's a basic shape at the moment, add some complexity to the form and you have something more suitable.

There has to be a reason why stuff like this will not get in.

Oh and... the Firefly. Have you seen the new IMG transport and mining ship? They are similar.

I'm not particularly keen on the cockpit. I think it'd look a lot better with some structural supports. Try putting an Eagle or Patriot cockpit on there, maybe? Or a Rhino cockpit? The latter would definitely look more industrial and utilitarian.
