Trans-Bar and other things needed!

Alrighty, I've got a few things I need from you Sig-Makers/Banner-Makers/Trans-Bar-Makers/Whatever.

First things first, the Trans-Bar.

I need it for my Liberty Navy character. I'll give you a few things I definitely want in, if you don't mind:

http://oi43.tinypic.com/33ytjko.jpg - Cut out the femshep and give the lines on the shoulder piece of her armour a blue colour instead of a red one, as well as the bit of light on the chest. Swap the N7 sign for the Liberty Navy symbol, as well as the bit of red next to it - make it blue.

For the trans-bar itself - I want it to be some sort of blue holograph interface. If you've played Mass Effect, these ones are orange most of the time. I want something like that in blue.

I also want the name in it - Catherine Raven. And the rank, so it should look like "Commander C. Raven", or something along those lines. The rest of the text is up to you, it's a Navy character, so according to that it should look fitting.

Apart from that, the bar is up to your creativity. Oh, and I need a trans-opening and ending part. The ending part can be rather generic, without picture.

Oh, I also want the femshep cut out + the Liberty Navy logo on her chest and the blue lines etc. as a seperate picture, for avatar stuff, basically no real extra effort, since you'll have to do it for the transbar anyway.

Yee, that's awesome man! You've got the idea. Something to improve though, in my opinion.

The piece on the right, it's not quite what I had in mind when I said holograph, it looks like liquid.

Oh, and the picture of her...I want the blonde version I've provided, not the redhead one.
