I would like to start with a trader and see from there.

For Zoner character, I thought about former citizen of Bretonia, unhappy with the regime. Disgruntled he sells his entire estate to buy a rugged tradeship and leaves for uncertain future. On first trip, his ship is severely damaged in pirate attack, and only by floating it reaches nearest Freeport. There, learning of the Zoners and their goals, if one can call it that way, he decides to align himself with the mindset, leaving his past behind only to be a trader, hoping for a more luxurious way of life then he had in Bretonia, forced to work under harsh conditions.
That is the general concept, no military background, no family tragedies, nothing. Citizen, regular folk, seeking wealth and freedom in vast realms of space, outside House control, outside order and limitations.

March 2009, been playing ever since. I know the surroundings and general things necessary for playing, proper experience in what I call roleplay is brief only though, as most of my characters were focused on combat, rather than on developing the story.

I have not.

Colonial Remnant, Republican Shipping, otherwise indies, mainly capital craft

-What will be your level of involvement in TAZ?
As stated before, I would like to start as a trader and explore the zoner lore and their ways more, seeing if there is something else taht would catch my fancy. Involvement is tho limited by real-life needs, that consume fair amount of the time, thus the ingame presence should not be expected to be really long.
