Judging from the people marching in the background, I would say that was a parade of some sort and therefore the toy guns were probably part of it.

Oh sorry, you misunderstand. The place where we're at is called Outpost #1 near Eternal Fire of Fame to fallen heroes. This place is 'guarded' the entire year(almost) by the good ones/best students of city's schools. It's an interschool competition.

It lasts for 5 days for each school (whose number is around 40), and then places between schools are issued.
I must say it's a tough job! Not only for me, but for our entire school 'team' as well.
