Zoner ID has rephack on GRN,GRP

As I realised the Zoner ID has rephack on the Gallic Royal Navy and Police. After multiple bribes it jumped back all the time.

Somebody could explain this for me? I dont see the reason behind this.

They are, but only because of Dab. This isn't a Gallia versus Zoners, just a personal crusade with his royal character (or from himself?), which I've been against.

Back in the day Dab decided to do some sort of infiltration in the zoners with his princess char. It went ugly for whatever reason and they decided to shoot him. It followed with Dab escaping back to gallia and a GRN attack on Freeport 10 as retaliation for "attempting to assassinate the princess".

I find it quite retarded in a whole to base the reputation of a whole faction interaction on the events of a single character.
