For some time plans have been in the works for the transition of RepEx Security into Black Talon Incorporated, and now those plans are being put into action. The attempt on the life of our CEO has proven the need for the galvanization of our forces for the defense of Rheinland and its economic interests. Trade and labour are the sovereign rights of all free men of our great nation and we cannot allow them to be infringed on. The right to liberty is the right to economic freedom and RepEx is a symbol of that.
Black Talon will lead the future of defense in Sirius offering Galactic Security Solutions. Instructions for RepEx Security members:
- Proceed to Battleship Strasbourg in New Berlin and purchase a Generic Military ID
- Collect a Name Change Certificate from New Berlin and apply for a name change under the following naming conventions: RepEx*BT|nickname
Replace 'nickname' with your call sign. All members who carry numerical designations are welcomed to change to a proper name though you may retain your number if you so like.
New policy guidelines and patrol patterns will be disseminated through myself or Executive in Charge of Security Transition Orion. For now operations are halted until the new system has been set in place. A full restart of security operations in and around Rheinland should be expected immediately once name alterations are complete. Non combat flight to acquire IDs and NCCs is permitted as well as emergency support to RM forces.
Costs for NCCs will be re payed by the corporation while those not able to afford one will have funds offered by senior members.

Luckly passing by Trader covoy picked my escape pod up via tractorbeam and took me to New Berlin, here i sit in a bed inside The Ring's medical wing in high orbit above New Berlin.
Culprate, Mon*Star. Luckly insurance company covered replacement cost for ship but not cargo. Ie. 5million woth of diamonds en rute for New Tokyo.
I read the rules of attacking traders and i believe you have to ask for money or anything else before attacking a Trader. He diddnt ask fior anything and just attacked me and my ship. thats he illegaly attacked me.

"Today I launched from New Berlin to find RepEx-Sec|Iceman staring at me. He wasn't busy so we made 3 runs from NB to Kyushu and back. After that I had enough cash to buy an Advanced Train. Knowing that the company would appreciate the increased profits from my purchase I went ahead and aquired one for myself. Iceman said that he was leaving so I went to a NB resturant and ordered dinner. I then picked up a load of Diamonds from NB and headed to Kyushu. Along the way in Sigma-13 I encountered Derelict[Merc] and offered him a position escorting me. He accepted and we made our way back to NB without incident. Although he was competent I would not advise anyone working with him unless he is the only escort you could get. He was not very experianced in the ways of escorting. I think that he could learn though...
After making that run I hooked up with Shadowjman and we proceeded to Bonn Station. Along the way we encountered "Johnny_Rotten" (tagged Outcast) and Skyelius (tagged Corsair). Both proceeded to attack us and in the end I was forced to pay 3,000,000 credits to Skyelius to save my new ship. Johnny destroyed Shadow because he did not have the funds to pay the extortionists. I returned to NB for repairs and to get Shadow and his crew out of their escape pods.
After that 3 of Shadow's friends joined us and we succeeded in making a trade run that made me 9million (should have been 12).

In regards to your interest in participating in our newly reformed security branch, Black Talon, you are accepted into the primary stage of employment. This is a training and evaluation level where you are limited to Fighter class ships and must demonstrate your skill and discipline of conduct to advance. Use of a Gunboat class is not guaranteed, while even if such privileges are granted the use of Liberty Navy tech cannot be sanctioned as we have no standing contract for the lend or lease of their ships. All ships above Fighter class are required to be of Rheinland origin with only special exception made in rare circumstance.

This is a formal request by RepEx-Shipping|868 to the RepEx managment that this pirate Skyelius be dealt with by placing a bounty on his head.
It is my considered opinon that Skyelius is a very dangerous pirate who operates mostly in New Berlin and Sigma-13. He threatens our traders to a large extent and has been doing so for some time now without serious reprocussions. He MUST be dealt with. Nobody should be allowed to pirate RepEx ships.
