neiter you can. "and the return of what remained of the Kusari Navy from Tau into the core systems makes any operations within Kusari itself far more risky"
from BD story for .86 so indeed some part of fleet returned.
"Several thousand people were killed in those first few weeks of cruel fighting, and Kusari lost more than during a whole year of fights with Bretonia"
Kusari forces lost alot.. but not all as you like to believe.

Now with 30%, they can?
You say 65% remaining in the core in 4.86 as if that would make Kusari even more impenetrable than it already is, when that's possibly the furthest thing from the truth.
It really seems that the people at the top have started believing in their own myth.
Bear in mind that in times of war, Naval recruitment soars. You can't really compare a peacetime Navy to a wartime one.
Massive armies are ridiculously expensive. Nations generally field small professional armies, and recruit more soldiers/pilots as they're required. Kusari wouldn't have had its current fleet numbers before the war, which would account for at least some of the Hokkadio situation.
If war is good for anything, it's good for getting the Field Marshal's budget plans approved.
Anger is a terrible motivator. Those that fight battles with anger almost always lose. In fact, for the people on the front lines, they don't fight better because of hate, they fight better because they want to protect their friends.
Then again, there's no risk of you being wrong if you ignore everybody.
On the other hand there are also other considerations, like equipment and supplies and war time economies. If we're going into the nitty gritty details, every action has an equal and opposite reaction - or in other words you can't go to war and expect nobody to die. The KNF has a majority of their forces in the Tau systems so that they can push into Leeds and end the war with a victory and put the 3 years of mucking about in the ice fields of Tau-31 behind them. With the GRN invasion that is just not going to happen, and some amount of that force will get to return home battered by the GRN, while another amount will actually remain in Newcastle as a rogue navy, working with the Bretonians against the GRN invaders.
All in all, I think it is quite clear that the KNF will lose a lot. If you want to talk details, I can get some developer buddies together and we can tell you exactly how much you are going to lose. But to be honest myself and the rest of us prefer to leave things like this ambiguous if I can.

Right... I have support from Kusari Lawfull side.... so sorry that I don't listen to all those who likes to tell
"NO U can't do that... it conflicts with my vision on Kusari rp"
And from what you told previously.. you just don't understand how Kusari working now... and what motivation kusari soldiers/pilots have.

This is exactly what you're saying too.

I suppose this is your justification for doing whatever you like, regardless of how much I or anybody else does actually understand about lawful Kusari?
