Actually, they wouldn't. InRP, the Privateers have an entirely different command structure that roams free of what the BAF wants. I somewhat strongly suspect they're still going to attempt to lynch you lot (and probably get FR5'd. Again). Almost every character's backstory within the current QCP consists of rabid hate for Kusari, so that's going to be a hard stigma to shift.

Well, if you say it is like that I believe you. I am not in QCP after all.
Anyhow, I am looking forward to see the development of the Ronin-Bretonian relationship.

Sending an entire battle fleet through foreign space? Foreign space that also has the largest military fighting force out of the four houses. That is a very stupid idea.

Not to mention that the Ronin are -not- welcomed in Kusari. Kishiro worked too hard to establish democracy than letting the Emperor to take the leadership back.

It's far from democracy, just another Emperor that might be a bit more liberal but thats all
To adress the issue of Kusar - Bretonian animosity, I'd just like to point out that the Ronin consists of pilots expressly loyal to Kogen (Sorry if I butchered that spelling, zelot:P) Who were considered the top-of-the-line samuri by the Emperor's advisors, worthy of being stationed on the front lines during the previously planned invasion of Leeds. As such, we can assume that these are considered 'the best of the best' when it comes to Kusari fighters, and considering Kusari culture in regards to Loyalty, one can assume that they follow the Emperors will to the letter. As such, when the Emperor gives the word that they are to play nice with their old enemies, I beleive that the majority of the Ronin will be able to put their old hate aside in service of their Emporer. I mean, if they are willing to fight and die for Kogen, they would most likley be willing to make friends for him aswell. I could also imadgen a similar situation happening in relation of Queen Carina and the Bretonian forces, where if she tells the populace to play nice, the majority of Bretonians will listen. That being said, the diffrences in culture between Bretonia and Kusari leads me to beleive that there will still be some animosity from Bretonians towards the Kusari in their space, especially towards the Emperor himself. All in all, the relationship between the small group of dedicated Kusari and the larger Bretonian populace is something that remains to develop in the time to come.

Guess that Kishiro's democracy would be just a tad less "controlled" than the old regime was. More like what comes after the strong autoritarism falls - a weaker and a more paranoid one. (Kempetai, Kempetai everywhere, hai?)
And then Blood Dragons perform the "Kusari Spring" revolution. 8-|
