As note I've to say Benitez don't respect duels most of times... mines, at least... Yes, I'm Exiles, the Renegade who goes to have some fight eventaully. For example.. I was dueling a HF with my VHF. 1 Legate, 1 ossie and 6-7 titans watching it (I requested a duel, and he agreed...). When the HF was out of nuclear mines, they provided him with more (70+ 70 + 70 nukes...). When he was going to pop, they gave him more nanobots and shield generators, and all fighters "suddenly" shot on me, breaking the duel.

By the way, 1 ossie, 1 legate and 7 fighters on 1 fighter, is very heavy gaking, I think. If you don't agree with the duel, only say it, and I'll go to another place where people might want it. Don't make the theatre of accepting it and engage when you're loosing...

I personally don't agree with duels at all.

I think they are somewhat ooRP and it is why I don't do it. Having said that I don't interfere with other people that I know are having duels as it is their decision and if that's what they want to do then fine with me.

I especially do not approve of duels in Gamma at all - or in any factions home system. However this is my own personal opinion and since it is not gainst the rules it is what it is.

I assume that the main thrust of your feedback here is that your were ganked by 7 fighters and a couple of cap ships, and that the person you were dueling clearly decided he no longer wished to duel?

I suspect that the cap ships were not Benitez ones and in practical terms there is not an awful lot we can do about indie cap ships (and god knows we have tried). I also suspect that not all of the snubs were Benitez either?

I do not approve of ganking, although I do believe that Corsairs should be strong in defence of Gamma.

With regard to the person with whom you were dueling and your comment about him accepting regens etc I guess he must have either asked for them (perhaps via group chat) or was offered them (and subsequently pressed the "accept" button on the trade screen). Either way, I assume that at the point he pressed the accept button he decided he no longer wished to duel?

Personally, I dislike the entire way that many players feel it's acceptable to pass around regens when things get a bit tough, and I don't do it. I also discourage other people from doing it.

I will start a discussion within the Benitez to determine what we feel about the issue of passing regens and dueling, and I will inform you of our conclusions such that you can be confident of receiving a consistent response in the future.

I just had a very nice interaction with a group of Benitez pilots in New London while on my Bowex) character. I like that you guys are able to get numbers out there, and stay in a coordinated group. Overall, very nice interaction.

Funny thing you sad that, cause at the same time I logged just for a second on my smuggler char (docked at Planet New London), and when I saw your conversation with Benitez, i just started to listening, even without undocking, cause I liked the way they RP-ed. Very very nice indeed.

You made me go "Uh! What the hell!" yesterday in Dublin when we were chasing some outnumbered Avengers and suddenly saw the scanners light up with MANY Corsairs. Was cool! =) The subsequent fight was massive, lots of kills on both sides, and really hard to keep track of.

I especially was surpirsed by the flying skills of your GB and your Ptrans that seemed such easy targets, but the GB stayed in the fight long, then managed to run off and refuel, and came back. Well done! Same for the Ptrans that was able to escape (but served likely before that as a regen station).

I enjoyed the fight, I hope you had fun, too. Thank you for showing up.

We also should do some IMG-Benitez snub fights again. I'll call you on the channel =)

I really got disappointed by seeing a Benitez guy in Omicron 99/Iota while being escorted by the Outcast indie. Benitez, along with OC dude, was claiming that he has been escorted by the OC and that everything's under control. Then I chase him all the way to Delta, where he allies with Order and comes back to Iota with another battleship. Srsly, that needs some explanation.

All my previous bad-standing with Benitez, if there was any, has dissapeared. This evening I've had a very funny and inRP worked encounter with Valeria.Benitez (who finished me:crazy:) and other Benitez members. I can say only that it was pretty funny and you guys are doing it really good.

I'm an Outcast and I'm vouching for the said Benitez guy. We had a chase and a fight, which I won. He gave up and I decided not to kill him. I was escorting him as a captive until I decide whether to let him go on his way or let the other Outcasts decide his faith.

Then this other OC comes in and attacks without any reasons or anything even though I said repeatedly it's under control. Then when he saw he was going to lose he asked a Keeper for help.

Said Benitez was fine and we had great RP and as an Outcast I'm vouching for him.
