Willis looked up from his PDA to find Amanda had returned with our drinks, and a new friend. The guy with the blue hair was clearly not a local, and the fancy hardware on his wrist diddn't escape his attention.
"Cheers" said Willis as he nodded towards Amanda, taking his drink from the center of the table.
"Well well... Bonjour Monsieur Johnson. I see you have some nice company here."
Willis took a hold of his drink and nursed it for a bit before taking a sip, never taking his eyes off the "new" new guy with the two guards.
"Yeah. They are nice...it's fun to spend the free time here with them....good evening."
Ian's comments made Willis smirk for half a second, then retreat back to his serious poker face. This cant be good, he thought, whilst taking another sip of his drink and waited in anticipation of what would happen next.
"Sure thing. You uh, need a hand with those?" Amanda grinned, "Nah, I got it". She put the drinks on the table shrugging at Ian's question as to what it was, she took a seat and nodded at Evan, encouraging him to do the same. "I thought I was getting what you had before, but I wouldn't stress, the bar guy knows his stuff" and with that, she took a sip of her own drink.
"Oh, this is..." She didn't get to finish her sentence before she was interrupted by the guards and a foreign looking man. 'Hmm, I wonder if... Nah, surely not after this long?' She frowned slightly, ignoring the conversation Ian and the man was having, wondering what they wanted - and why guards were needed in a small bar on Manhattan.
"Hello, everyone."
Evan sat down in the empty seat Amanda had gestured to as the three newcomers approached and started talking. The instant he heard 'Bonjour' however, his face went blank; One of the guidelines to his work was to avoid contact with Gallics, and surely thats how this person had spoken?
He kept a straight face, nodding at everyone at the table and watching his wrist-comm as it finished its diagnostics.

He nodded at Evan and glanced at Amanda for a moment, realizing she doesn't seem to like this much. Ian slightly smiled at her for a second before looking back at the man, who just told his name. He slightly itched an eyebrow, thinking.
"Colonel. *With that he saluted* What brings you here...looking for me?"
He glanced a bit confused at Lavalle as he stood. In addition to that, Ian didn't feel quite sure about how he should behave right now. He was still wearing his Navy uniform and therefore probably supposed to be still at duty. But he slightly shook his head to himself, barely realizable for the others. Obviously Ian didn't expect anything like this in a bar.
Suddenly Ian received a call on his PDA. He pulled the device out quickly and looked at the screen of it. He then sighed, looking at Lavalle, then at Amanda and the others around the table.
"An emergency call...I am needed. I hope we meet again..."
Ian said and with that, he put some credit coins on the table to pay the drinks he got. As he already stood, he nodded at the people at the table and Lavalle. Then he left the lounge quickly.
"An emergency call...I am needed. I hope we meet again..."
Willis leaned back in his chair and watched as Ian hastily left the table. Poor guy, comes here to relax and work drags him back. He took another sip of his drink, glanced across at both Amanda and her new blue haired friend, then back at the Gallic, keeping silent until somebody else spoke first.
Evan glanced up from his wrist-comm and gave a nod as one of those at the table excused themselves for whatever they'd been called for; Work, probably. He hoped his own break from working wouldn't be interrupted as he downed a swig from his glass, wondering how to break the sudden silence.

"Colonel. *With that he saluted* What brings you here...looking for me?"
Amanda shifted in her seat uncomfortably, not noticing Evans quick smile, hoping none of them noticed. Colonel... It mustn't be what I think.. Can't be."Excuse me for a moment, Just going to use the bathroom.... She stood up and walked over to the bathroom, looking at herself in the mirror she mumbled something before washing her hands and walking back out to the table and the awkward silence it was still in. She looked up at Evan and across to Willis waiting to see what happened next.
The device on his wrist beeped again, and Evan turned to stare at it for a few moments as the silence stretched. It had ceased emitting holograms and simply flashed as if in conversation. Evan glanced up at everyone."Oh! Sorry, still working on this, even when I get some downtime." He glanced at Amanda; Even after only introductions it was at least better to try and kick a conversation back up with a more familiar face, particularly as she appeared to be showing signs of having something on her mind. "So what do you do, miss Amanda?" He offered. Any conversation was better than no conversation, after all.
