Sehr geehrter Oberst Schulz,
thanks for your answers, but I still want to clarify asked question, and I have also some new questions, which I want to ask. Unfortunately, my respond was not sent due to some technical problems so I´m sending it again.
1. I know and understand that RFP ships generally IS´T use cheetah thrusters and I´m not expecting that I got it from our supply depot. I´m willing to buy it for my own money in cash or installments from an honest trader with all necessary documents. He can buy it at place you´ve mentioned, free market, which is at Coronado system. I know it because I was there a few times during the years when I was a trader. The essence of my question was only if is it ALLOWED to have this equipment on RFP ship, nothing more. So I ask again simply - it is allowed to have cheetah thruster on RFP ship?
2. To the question of Rheinland weapons: I think that many pilots and maybe police officers understand Paragraph 2.2.1 in same way as trader that asked me. In laws is written, that one of types of possession of ilegal equipment is possession of "Military equipment such as Firekiss or Hornviper weapons as an addition to any Rheinwehr or Bundespolizei combat vessel obtained without a permission." There is no word about freely usage for Rheinland corporations, however it is logical and is it written in the document that you sent me. But for all pilots is crucial the exact wording of the laws. Maybe RFP Oberkommando should consider recommendation for Bundestag to precise wording of this paragraph. Anyway, now I´ll follow your interpretation, but there is also one question: is free usage apply to all ships with Rheinlad corporations IDs (so for all afiliation pilots too), or only to official coporations pilots which are members of this corporations and have correct ID and also tag in ship name?
3. The last thing also concerns a an idea of recommendation for Bundestag to changes in laws. At my patrols I occasionally met trader ships with Rheinwehr or RFP IFF although they not belong to this forces; or for example indies with Liberty police IFF what is a little confusing on first sight. By law it is no offense, but I think it should be, because ID should be same with IFF, or there should be no IFF for indies. Maybe a small fine would force pilots to have correct IFF which corresponds to their ID, or at least force them to not use above mentioned IFFs. I heard some rumors from one all-over Sirius trader, that for example in Liberty non solving of this problem lead to current situation when large number of traders use police IFF which is in systems with busier traffic or in fights very confusing.

During a routine checkout in the Stuttgart system. The scanners picked up 2 ships that were IDed as Red Hessians. The gunship is in pieces after police/military forces coming to help a civilian bomber getting shot by them. The Hessian Sabre was most interesting as it had mounted Rheinland made military weaponry on it. Both of the hostile ships were destroyed.

Oberst Reussner reporting in for neutralizing a Hessian propaganda transmitter, fighter class. After conducting a field trial for the terrorist, he tried to deny the evidence stacked against him. The court found the suspect guilty and the penalty for the crimes was death. The criminal fought back and attempted to prevent me from doing my duty. In the end, he was executed for the crimes against Rheinland and the Kanzler.

E1: Keywords: civilian ship disobeyed orders to stop and hacked docking control systems Details: When I was watching traffic at planet New Berlin, I noticed ship with callsign Stefi and Kruger IFF. I ordered it to stop to control but it quickly takes trade to Frankfurt jump gate. I ordered to stop again (Evidence #1) but there was no respond and it continued in running. I chased it to Frankfurt system and after I entered here I send system-wide blocking message to revoke Stefi docking rights (Evid. #2) and repeat my order to stop (Evid. #3). Stefi had distance advantage but I saw it at the end of every trade lane. When I arrived at Mainz Storage Facility, I saw no signs of Stefi so I had hunch that docked at Mainz. I contacted their docking personnel and asked them about this vessel (Evid. #4) but they said that they need check docking bays. Suddenly Stefi took off from Mainz, where it docked despite my docking rights revoke message. I ordered again to stop engines (Evid. #5) and prepared for fire, but ship makes quick move back to Mainz and surprisingly for me docked again! (Evid. #6, #7, #8). I decided to try catch Stefi´s pilot on Mainz personally so I asked Mainz personnel to arrest him or her and docked too (Evid. #9). Unfortunately, before I can arrest the pilot, ship hacked docking bay gate, took off again and disappear.
E2: Keywords: attack of RV and RHA ships Details: After some time of my shift, I joined off. Thomas Wolthers. Later, we were moving near Mainz station to check if some TAZ tagged ship, which appeared in TLAGSNET in Frankfurt system, is not breaching Westerwald Nebula zone (this incident happened a few days ago), when one RV^ tagged ship appeared. We contact the RV^Erich.Klugmann ship to check that is it really that called Rheinlandische Volksfreiheitspartei ship. Soon, another two ships appeared (RV^Klaus.Strausburg and RV^Wolfdietrich.Florin), and later fourth ship RV^Jetje.Ratzenberger arrived. This looked not very good for us. Later freelancer ship [FL]-Vindicator appeared and join our side, but then the [RHA]Ip.Mon arrived other side. After some communication, they opened fire on us. We tryed to fight and fortunately, Rheinwehr battleship and two cruisers from NPC fleet appeared near but enemies had still advantage. Off. Wolthers´s ship was badly damaged so he had to use his escape pod and then we decided to retreat to Mainz. After [FL]-Vindicator managed to dock, enemies focused fire on me but I managed to dock too and let the battlefield to Rheinwehr which had much higher firepower than us. I also sent a system-wide warning message about this ships and then gave the ship to technicians to repair. I hope that that Rheinwehr ships caught off. Wolthers´s escape pod and he is ok because I dont have information about him since this incident. Unfortunately, during the fight my guncams memory was damaged so I dont have any images from this fight.

Gut morning dear Oberkommando,
since mein engagement with the Rheinländische Volksfreiheitspartei I had to undergo some training until I was ready again for mein duty. And this training paid of yesterday as I had to face several pirates and terrorits during mein patrol in the Vaterland.
01: Intercepting an Interspace Commerce vessel hauling copper ore into Liberty
Right after launching into space from planet Hamburg with mein Mjolnir I detected a transport right in front of me. Zhe kapitaen tried to reach the lane into Bering system. I disrupted the lane after I scanned his cargo full of copper ore.
An interrogation of the kapitaen showed he was full aware of him violating Rheinland rules, yet he did not regret it. Although I ordered him to drop and the docking crew at the morring point of planet Hamburg denied him the docking rights, he was able to flee with his ship and cargo intact. I have already forwarded details about this incident to Rheinland Criminal database, violation report 129.
02: Fighting Unionisten pirate Paul Schneider in New Berlin
During mein patrol in system New Berlin I stumpled upon a Unionisten pirate near the trade lane between Brandenburg and Bonn. He declined mein order to leave the space so I had to show him the exit by force: ****
03: Assisting Rheinwehr ships agains Coalition and Molly incursion in Stuttgart
During mein patrol the TLAG-scanning system showed a Coalition vessel entering Stuttgart from Omeg-11. Checking this I encountered some Rheinwehr ships of Reserveflotte fighting SCRA-vessels that were supported by a Molly! I informed the primary fleet about this incident. We were able to repel the attack but we were not able to destroy any of the terrorists. When the SCRA-vessels fled I resumed mein patrol. ***
04: Intercepting an IC vessel violating against cargo restrictions
Gefreiter Mueller of primary Rheinwehr Flotte and I went on patrol through New Berlin, when I witnessed a titanic transport near Brandenburg border station carrying mining machinery. As it was against the cargo restrictions of Interspace Commerce, I ordered the kapitaen to drop the machinery. Although he was not aware of his violation at first he complied to mein orders and I was able to destroy the machinery. **
05: Encounter of Bundschuh pilots of the PSG and Rheinländische Volkspartei
Gefreiter Mueller and I resumed patrol and after some time the TLAG-scanners showed me ein vessel with Bundschuh-weapons. We went to Stuttgart to investigate this matter and we finally found Frau Falkner of the Partei für soziale Gerechtigkeit. I had met her twice during mein duty and in both cases she had assisted Rheinwehr and Polizei units against Rorry's Renegades and Liberty incursions. Gefreiter Mueller and I interrogated Frau Falkner, but stayed cautious as we were not sure what her intentions were. We found out that she was once a member of the Reinland Federal Polizei but choose to leave as she was not pleased with her duty anymore. Moreover she admitted to have helped Hessians against Rheinwehr by drawing the fire on her ship. Despite this she told us that she would engage any hessian that would try to pirate innocent civilians. This was quite surprising to me and Gefreiter Muller.
We continued our interrogation when a pilot of the Rheinländische Volksfreiheitspartei showed up. He was more of aggressive nature and do our surprise Frau Falkner was not pleased of him, too. It seems like there are two different branches within the Bundschuh movement that struggle for power. We should keep this in mind when trying to fight them.
Anyway, in the end we found out, that Frau Falkner was somehow...infected by something. Perhaps by das Wilde? Gefreiter Mulle and I ordered Frau Falkner to be put into hospital for her own safety, but the RV-Pilot was frightened that we could get some information about the Bundschuh movement and attacked us. During this Frau Falkner was able to flee as she did not oppose us. On the other hand we Gefreiter Muller and I were able to destroy the RV^-vessel after some hard fight.

06: Fighting Unionisten pirate Paul Schneider in Stuttgart again
After this fight Gefreiter Muller needed some repairs on his Wraith so I continued mein patrol alone. During this I met two Kusari transports hauling Silver ore for their realm. I escorted them although they thought it would not be necessary. They were proven wrong when we stumbled up the Unionisten pirate Paul Schneider again who was already involved pirating an Kruger vessel. The civilians were ordered to fly own while I dealt with the pirate again. He refused to leave the area so I had to deal with him again. It seemed he had learned a bit as this fight was quite tougher than the last one. Despite this the result of it stayed the same: ****
After this I continued mein patrol up to Fuld border station in Frankfurt to get some repairs on mein Mjolnir.
This was the best I could do at the time due to faltering equipment upon my Roc. Seems to be a light class battleship that the hessians have developed. I couldn't get much more information before forcing back into combat, taking down the Hessain vessel Ragnarock, Cayman and Eternal Crusader. Coalition forces were also in the area but I deemed it necessary to bring this information safely.

please note, ze Rheinland criminal database isn't a substitute for your common patrol reports.
Incidents like zis are not to be placed zere, but noted in your daily report.
As you can see on the manual page of the RCDB, only smugglers, who manage to escape have to be listed zere. So stick to chain of paperwork. Zis also includes ze reporting template.
But I'm sure if your superior officer will see much reports of a ship with ze same callsign, which was destroyed by you multiple times, said ship will be listed zere.

I started mein patrol from Battleship Regensburg in Munich system, and went to Hamburg system, to control incoming vessels. I met FreelancerMerceanary ID Humpback class freighter with Rheinland equipment onboard.
Orbital Spa and Cruise ID Luxury Liner RCC|Prometheus used restricted area in Frankfurt system and JumpHole to Hamburg. When I asked him why he did it, he hacked and docked to Alster Shipyard.
Kishiro ID vessel Seki violated restricted Westerwald nebula in Frankfurt. Captain of that vessel was very surprised when he learned that entire nebula is restricted for civilians. Even Oberst Bommel was involved in explanations.
I, Oberst and Kishiro vessel went to New Berlin system, to Ring for deleting Kishiro's navicomputer databases.
We met Cryer's drone Cabulb's.Puppet transport with illegal equipment. He paid fine and was allowed by Oberst Bommel to sell Tobacco again, on planet Stuttgart. I was ordered to escort Cryer vessel.On route to Stuttgart, outside Bonn, I met IC ID ship with a full cargo bay of Gold. Finally, we reached Stuttgart's orbit. After 15 minutes, Cryer still undocked from planet's surface, so I considered it as a hacked docking. I was tired, so I ended mein patrol also on Stuttgart.
I forced zis former (?) CounterfeitSoftware smuggler to drop it, but she refused to pay fine due to "financial shortages". She was informed about qonsequences. After some time via TLAGSnet I learned she returned to zis illegal activity.
In Neue Berlin, outside Dortmund station I caught zivilian with dangerous MOX cargo, I forced him to sell it back on station. He also returned to zis illegal trading.
That *[COD]* tag vessels ist probably some kind of smugglers guild, CounterfeitSoftware earlier from somewhere in Kusari, now Iridium from somewhere in Omicrons, what including route through Corsair's territory. ( I planted microtransimitter on zis ships. )
In Frankfurt I caught trader with not allowed ID outside Mainz hauling Light Arms. He was obey my orders, so I allowed him to sell Arms on Mainz.
He informed me about pair of Corsair transports full of artifacts in Neue Berlin. They're probably that zame vessels spotted by my previous speaker.
I learned about vessel full of Bio-neural Processors coming from Libertonian direction. He was caught outside Dortmund. He had illegal armament and suspicious cargo. According to Rheinland Law, Article Three,
§1. Rheinland declares a trade embargo against Liberty.
§2. No traders are to pass the Libertonian borders when coming from Rheinland with the following exceptions:
§5. In case of a corporate vessel being intercepted with unlicensed goods, the cargo is declared contraband and dealt according to the criminal code. The violator's entry permit in such cases is blocked.
I forced him to drop it, and I was afraid he could hacked and docked to station, so he was escorted by me to zie border of Bundesrepublik. Small amount of zis processors were picked up by me for Militar scientists, rest of them was destroyed. Zis violator tried to bribed me. He was "unable" , as he said, to paid fine.
