Be friendly to them so they dont "grow" up with grudges here, and make a guide or angel or how you call them hang out there and help them.

The main problem are the prejudices against Outcast. (Which makes the people who like to RP an Outcast suffer.)

I do have an Outcast indie (Scimitar), and I often tried to RP with others in the Omicrons.
Yes, it's not easy, but possible. (Besides, with a LF you can even RP while getting shoot at!:cool:)

But it's true, that many "newcomers" buy themselfes capitals because they can "shoot stuff".
They don't look for Roleplay interactions, they just want huge "pew-pew's".
