Most of the batteries are on the floor, to give a better weight balance but also a better protection against mines, and when necessary a H-Fuel generator can provide power to continue the task, to 5 days on the four wheels or 3 days on the six wheels. But there is one there Viriato don't like, and that is the recon rover, simply because the new line of Rheinland vehicles and also the Liberty line, are better!*

The rheinlander has a very good suspension and like ours all four wheels have an electric motor, but our Boar can do better. Let me show you! He is not complete but is operational. On the click of this button we can adjust the height of the vehicle and was you can see, the distance between axles is getting shorter! This not only allows a better off road driving but can help the vehicle stealth.

*Viriato, Joao, Afonso, Nuno and Henrique are in the control room, planning the attack on San Mona*
- Henrique - So tell me why you are going this without making any contact with the resistance?
- Viriato - Because i don't know who we can trust! Now according the reports and the intel that Nuno provide, there are 110 guards. All ex military so they aren't any nuthead with guns! So the plan is simple, we must get the maximum that we can outside the city, and we will act tomorrow! *Every saturday, Kingpin leaves his house to go to the bar just in front, to watch combats of Ultimate Fighting that he organizes* Me, Afonso and Joao will enter the city on a suv vehicle! Me and Afonso will participate on the fights and Joao will be our manager. Also Alpha team will go by ship, on one the transports that serve has bus, mix with the crowd to watch the fights! because of the security on the docking platform Alpha will be unarmed, and the weapons wil lbe on the suv, that we are going to park in the city, and Alpha will get another key. After getting the weapons you will take the platform and the communication center that is right on the side. Beta will come with the mechanized unit. Your job is to, first take the cheack point that controls the entrance of the city and then to take the prison, that helds the former leader of San Mona, one Miguel Cardona or something. Also take any opposition on the street.
- Nuno - The prison is also the headquarters where the heavy units are stationed, so is very important that all those units leave the prison and go to the mine.
- Viriato - Exactly! There is only on road to the mine and it is a mountain road! Gamma team will trap that road to destroy the convoy that will head to the mine, and if necessary also use anti tank missiles. The mine will be taken by four groups of Delta! The oehr six will be given fire support on the city, by taking guards tha will be on roofs or towers.
- Nuno - According to my intel, Kingpin usualy don't leave too many guards on the mine on this occasions! The miners are chosen, and usually are fathers or husbands that have their families on the city, so they can't do any harm!
- Viriato - This plan must work on the clock! I and Afonso will entertain Kingpin and Joao will try to get as close as possible! The Delta group A will take the mine, and at the same time Alpha will take the docking platform and the communication center. After that a message will be sent to the prison of one pirate raid on the mine and to send all troops there. Before those troops will get close to the explosion area, the mechanized convoy with Beta takes the check point and beta prepares the assault on the prison, while some mechanized will support Beta, others will be placed on strategical places to avoid any escapes and to seize control of the city center, but most important ... there will be four vehicles like the one we captured, and those vehicles are always where Kingpin is, so probably they will be on the town center guarding the bar. Is very important that Delta group B takes the guards on the roof! We must avoid civilian casualties! We don't know who are the good civilians and the bad ones so be carefull! Also two members of Delta will be on Linx hoverbikes to give any support is necessary, and to take any hostile vehicle, mainly if any survives to Gamma and makes his return to the city!

* The Kusarian comes to the ring, and Joao gives order to start the attack, as also stared the fight! While the mine was been taken by Delta group A and Alpha takes the docking plattform and the communication center, controling all comms, and the mechanized units with Beta, takes the control of the check point and proceed to the town, on the ring realized why that kusarian was the champion. After some heavy punch and kicks, Viraito has on the floor bleeding*
- Viriato trying to stand up - Is this the best you can do? Ohh please where is maternity, to get a baby that can hit harder!
* And Viriato takes another blow and hits the floor again. Joao gives the order to phase 2, Alpha transmit a comms that the mine is been attacked and to all personel to head the mine. After hearing this Kingpin wanted to end the fight and hide.*
- Viriato - What? *spits some blood* Now that i'm starting to get warm you run away?!
- Joao to Kingpin - Mister, if you end now you must pay me 10 millions!
- Kingpin - The mine is under attack and you think i'm staying here?
- Joao - Your mine is several kms from here and you have plenty of men to deal with it, and also i notice some armor. Don't teal me that you are afraid!! Are you?!!
*Kingping furious ordered a convoy with most of his guards and most of armor to head to the mine. The plan at this moment was going well, except the beating that Viriato was taking!But he had to take more, the convoy must reach to the site were Gamma team was waiting to destroy it, and beta was preparing the attack on the prison, and also all mechanized are preapring the assault on the center, that was ben guard by four elite Rheinland made vehicles, like the one that was captured some days ago. Untill all was ready .. Viriato was ... well ... been smashed! Until finally a word from Gamma, and also could be heard inisde the bar! The convoy is been destroyed, and now all untis can pass to phase 3. Delta B served as snipers, and toke all guards on towers and roofs, Beta attacked the prison, saving all prisioners, including the former leader of the city, a guy call Miguel Cardona, supported by the mechanized untis, thatmanaged to destroy by surprise two of the elite vehicles. Confusion was installed and Viriato finally could fight back, and with a precise hit on the champion testicles and another on his throat, Viriato toke down his opponent killing it! Kingpin tried to escape but Joao stoped while Afonso toke the two bodyguards by force, and they threw one of their guns to Viriato that wounded, shots Darren and two more guards*
- Kingpin - Who are you want you want?
- Joao - I want you to order your men to surrender!
- Kingpin - No never!
- Afonso with a gun poited to kingpin's head - Are you sure?!
- Kingpin - Ok ok!! Don't shoot!
* While Afonso was taking Kingpin outside, Joao went to see Viriato, that was still on the ring*
- Joao - Are you ok?!!
- Viriato in pain - No!!! But i have been worse!
- Joao - Come on! Gamma confirms a misson accomplished, also Delta A and Alpha. Delta B confirms no targets, while Beta is still trying to take all prisioners and there are still two vehicles hidden * a sound of explosion and, by the communicator, a confirmation of the kill of the third vehicle* well looks like there is just one more!
- Viriato - Tell Beta to stop and make the kingpin order his men to stop!
* They went outside, there was some chaos with alot of people trying to escape but, all exists were cutted and all people was ordered to go to a controled area, but the combats continued. Some guards on the prison didn't want to stop fighting, they knew that if the surrender, they had to pay for all they done, and the same could be said about the remain vehicle*
- Viriato to mechanized group leader - Fire on the prison! Just be carefull with Beta and the prisioners, and tell the guys on the Linx to take that vehicle*
* All vehicles with clear shoot, started to shoot the prison, while two Linx hoverbikes fired on the remain elite vehicle amaging he weapons turret, and when he tried to escape, one heavy anti tank missil fired from one Wolf, completely destroyed it! With all those fire support, Beta finally ended the final resistance and manage to get to the prisioners.
The combats was over. But ... now was time for revenge, and all those that supported Kingpin paid the price on the hands of those oppressed. Viriato didn't care about that and even gave the order to not interfere, and when he was giving order to evacuation of all teams and return home, Miguel Cardona camed to him*
- Miguel - I don' know who you are, and why you have done this but ... i thank you!
- Viriato in pain - That's ok! Don't worry!
- Miguel - You are injured! Please let me help you!
- Viriato - No! I will take care of this! Miguel ... are you a corsair?
- Miguel - Yes!! San Mona was at the beginning a Corsair community but now ...

* All Lusitanian troops pull back, one Dromedary went to get Gamma and Delta A, while another docked on the docking plattform and Viriato was persuaded by Joao and Afonso to go on that Dromedary, while all others entered he APCS and when to the rendez vous point, for the Dromedaries to pick then!
When Viriato arrived on New Lusitania, Ana as waiting*
- Ana - Oh my God!!! How many times did i ... forget it!! * she hugs him and help him to go to the medical facilites, because Viriato didn't want the stretcher. After all exams been made, Viriato was ordered by Egas, the chief doctor, to rest. On his way to his quarters with Ana he saw more of his troops arriving, all smiling for another successful operation.
But that was saturday, and on sunday Ana spend all day with Viriato, but now is monday and Ana left Viriato alone resting while she was helping coordinate all our "guests" needs.
* Yesterday was really a bad day for Viriato! He is still recovering from the last raid and he was alone! Bored and with chest pains he tried many things, fom simply watching TV to breathing control techniques, he even got his old long sniper rifle to help him concentrate! It worked but not for long!!! He felt like a animal in a small cage, and to get worse ... he didn't had nothing to eat except some piece of food rations. Since we got so many .. "guests"... Viriato usually eats on the canteen ... so Ana forgot that he couldn't leave is quarters! The bad temper which is known was starting to get his maximum. It was late, and Viriato went to bed, on his side of the bed with his back turned to the other side he waited!
Ana arrived late, as usually. She is the one that coordenates all actions to our ... guests, from food to all basic needs like clothing and health. Viriato pretended that was sleeping, Ana went to the kitchen and notice the piece of food ration on the table! *
- Ohh God i forgot!! - *She said in a low voice*
* She went prepare her self to go to bed ... on the floor there was Viriato's rifle, and by his position, she knew that he was really angry! Shortly she joined him on bed, she tried to hug him but viriato continued pretending that was sleeping and didn't moved, so she simple leaned his body and put her hand on his shoulder!
On the morning, Viriato had long been awake but still didn't moved! Alarm clock rings, Ana woke up but Viriato didn't moved! She kissed him but Viriato still didn't moved, she prepares for another day while he continued the same. She took his phone, and went to the living room, and Viriato heard she saying something but didn't understood what, and she return to room, puts Viriato phone whare it was! She gives a kiss and leaves.
As soon she lefft the quarters Viriato takes his phone, there was a message " i love you", Viriato smiled for an instant, but ... realy bad tmper and his chest pains were not helping. He prepared himself to leave, and placed his rifle on the trunk where he keeps his guns and some past memories, and left his quarters. He went for the stairs as usually but ... he decided that this time the elevator was better. Outside he didn't go unnoticed, all people looked to him and all made the usual greetings, one Delta member even said * Good morning Sir. Good to have you back* Viriato greet him and continued in direction of the hangar ... slowly!! Ana saw him and went to his direction*
- Ana - What are you doing here?
- Viriato - Good morning to you too!
- Ana - Sorry! Good morning! You must stay in bed and rest!
- Viriato with his full bad temper - What do you care?! Go help then and leave me alone like you did!
* Ana was silent, and to get worst one of her aides comed and asked something, and Ana turned to her and Viriato walked away, and when Ana turns again Viriato already got some distance. She was stunned and didn't knew what to do!*
- Joao passing her - Don't worry! I take care of him. * and went running catching Viriato*
- Joao - Look who is here!
- Viriato - Hi!!
- Joao - You know .. Ana is making a great job wth our guests!
- Viriato - #"%$&" (censured) then!! I'm getting tired of all this! Where the "#$"%" (censured) is the so call High Command?! Is their people and they don't care?! These people even don't know if their family is alive or not, and if they can fly to Theta and even fly on Kyuchu they can send a !$"#% (censured) message to here!
- Joao - Ok calm down!! I know you are right and i understand that you are angry but is not her fault!
* Viriato continued to the hangar without speaking, on the hangar he noticed one of the vehicles that participated was been repair*
- Viriato - Good morning! What is wrong with it?

- Viriato - They look good! So what we got here?
- Kurosawa - You wanted a simple and clean design for a projectile type gun. So i made a research and found this design! It is a fail prototype rifle from the 21 century Sol, that a former Rheinland company made to the former Liberty army. I took the design, and made some improves and apply all late technologies in materials like titanium, the late polymers even platinum and gold!
- Joao - So basically is a improved version of a weapon system with more than one thousand years!
- Viriato - I like it!! Were they tested?
- Kurosawa - Hai! All weapons were passed by this tests! Firts a continuous two thousand rounds, even the semi auto sniper rifle, and then it was emerged in water. With the barrel and receiver still emerged it was fired one thousand rounds, and then immediately was putted in sand, and after some shakes another one thousand rounds, and then mud, and with mud another one thousand rounds! In the end they were cleaned and tested and ... they passed! And the weapons you see here passed those tests and they are ready to be used! And has you can see on the top is the regular assault version, then over there the shorter carbine and the semi auto sniper version. Also a version with a grenade laucher and the sub machine version.
- Joao - Impressive! A blaster didn't passed half the test and the rifles we use now would jam!
- Viriato - Is there any material that you need?!
- Kurosawa - Nain! We have all we need to equip all our soldiers and even have a surplus.
- Viriato - Good start now the production!

* Viriato agreed and went to his quarters, he really needed some rest*
* On the living room, Viriato was trying to relax ... mission impossible! He decided just to lie on the sofa and watch some TV! He found on a sport channel a boxing match*
- Viriato - What a bunch of "#$"$"% (censured) fighting like that with gloves with cushions!!
* Ana arrives! She arrives early today*
- Ana - Hi!
- Viriato - Hi.
- Ana - Have you eaten?
- Viriato - I'm not hungry!
* He continues on the sofa while Ana was in the kitchen. Some minutes later she comes to the living room with dinner for both, and puts it on the table in front Viriato! He was surprised and even more surprised was when she kneels close to him and sarts to lift Viriato shirt, and then removes the bandage on Viriato's chest! Still very bruised she massages his chest*

* She smiles! She rolls the bandage again on his chest and lower the shirt. After that she stars to masssage his face that also have some bruises. She says nothing, and Viriato can stop looking to her eyes. Ana stops and kisses him, and even with a cut lip, that kiss was heaven*
- Ana - Come on! Let's dinner.
* Viriato rises and both siting on the sofa start eating the dinner, watching on TV two libertonian guys punching each other*
- Ana - Is this the best on TV?!
* Viriato gives the remote control to Ana*
- Ana - You don't want to watch? I really don't mind!
- Viriato - No! You can change.
* Ana changes channel to some movie. Both continue eating their dinner, and after that, Ana take the plates and glasses to the kitchen and returns to Viriato side! She leans to him, and the cold steel heart of the big angry beast melts, and Viriato hugs her, and they continue until the end of the movie. After they go to bed*
* This is the first meeting after the operation on San Mona. All are in the conference room and news are from good to bad to even weird*
- Joao - So what you are saying, is that the Marduk that yesterday was over Gran Canaria, just wanted to sing?
- Viriato - Yes i'm telling you! I saw with my own eyes and i barely believe it!

- Viriato - And they are encrypted and you don't know what they are saying ... right?

- Afonso - Before you say something, when i was on FP11 there were some TAZ guys building something secret, on a close section! A rumor from some FP11 workers said that it was some communication relays!
