Where is capital armor mkIII and mkIV?
I, II, V, VI, VII, VIII but where is III and IV?

I'm pretty sure you can find Mk III and IV at Dijon in Burgundy. Where in the Core worlds you can, I don't know. Check shipyards.

Looks like an oops (by me) in defining the base equipment listings for the Gallic systems. I'll get this fixed.
