I have come up with a Liberty Penal Code, which has been largely liked by senior SA personnel. Thus, I'm going to show it to you guys, and see what you think. Even if you like it, though, don't put it into the faction post until Aidan (Southern Alliance Fleet Admiral Richard Woolsey) and Brian (Liberty Security Force Director Codename Sn!p3r) have both agreed to it's use, since as Jesus said, a House divided against itself (on the law) cannot stand.

People pay out of RP and sportsmanship. You can even make a PvP whore pay, if the prices are low enough, more like symbolic, not really a fines that could harm your financial state.

As a non-LPI that frequents NY system, those fines are WAY too high. 5m should maybe be top fine, down to maybe 100k. 100m for some is ridiculous, and gives the SCRA fuel for their corruption propoganda

Fines should be symbolic, really.
I fined a guy for 500 credits, for carrying some BH pilots.
And he gladly payed and RP-ed with me.
If you place too high fines, no one will pay, and it will be less RP, more money making.
