I'm a metal guy, so I don't dig electronic music that much, except for chilling lounge music. But dubstep is sort of the "metal" of electronic music, which is funny.

I like the real dubstep, the hard, grooving type. Not the simplified and cheap type.

Uhm, no? :| Hardcore, Speedcore, etc is the Metal of electronic Music.

Actually Korny, speaking as a long time metalhead, I'd say the closest electronic relative to metal is Industrial. That's the genre that helped me start to branch my musical taste. You'd either like it or hate it...that is, if you haven't picked a side on it already.

Industrial is fine, and yes I can relate metal with it, but still. In my opinion Dubstep is close to it, if done right.
