I Okada Kazuya have come before you today to ask for a short term travel visa to visit the educational facility in Omega 52 for the point of learning from your great political masters.
I do not require access to any sensitive sights and require only access to a dorm for accommodation purposes as well as a room of your choosing to meet with the faculty for the point of study.
The only requirements I have is to be given basic accommodations, to bring along my own dietary requirements, to be granted an ongoing meeting with political scientists at your local university and be allowed to leave when my visit is over.
You may of course restrict my access to your own conditions as long as the above conditions are not subverted.
I will agree to a thorough search of my person and belongings to make sure I do not bring any type of recording equipment with me and am also quite happy to agree to any security you wish to devote to my person to ensure I am no threat.
I require no access to any form of communication equipment nor indeed any computer terminals for the duration of my stay and only require a notepad to take notes from your masters, this will also me made available for inspection at all times to verify the safety of everything written.
The point of this visit is to learn information that will not be used to cause harm to your nation in any way.

Full explanation of visit's purpose:I do request this Visa for entering Omega-52 and visiting the known Zhukovsky Station and Zvezdny Gorodok as an individual as well as in the role of the official representative of Gaian Underloch, the organisation that inherited the constitution, technological basis, the spirit and the people of the Nature's Last Hope when the changing (political) environment demanded the change in tactics and public image.
Some of the members of the glorious Coalition can remember me from the period of Civil War when me and the other Gaians organized the shelter for the members of the Resistance that remained loyal to Premier Katz and humanitarian aid for wounded soldiers. That was the period when I had for the first time familiarized myself with the way of life, with the traditions and the high moral ground of those people.
Given the changes that occurred in Bretonia with the remapping of political and military boundaries, the Gaian colonists that found themselves in enclave inside the occupied territory are in the need in establishing the industrial capabilities to provide them with all necessary goods. The Coalition is the example of how the new quality of living can be provided in the enclave, ideologically and geographically separated from the surrounding dangerous political environment. The superior way of caring about the needs of its people and the technological means for it are what forms my main interest in visiting the Coalition space - which requires following this certain protocol.

Oh, hallo Coalition! It's me, Karl. You probably remember me, I brought you dinner many times in the past. Unfortunately, my transport, the LWB|Grosser.Kuerbis, was destroyed quite spectacularly, though I have gotten better. I have acquired a new transport since then, the AGS-L|Grosser.Kuerbis, which should be less prone to rapid decompression.
But getting to the point, I was wondering if I could update my previous Visa to be current with this transport (it's bigger, so I want to make sure no one gets confused and destroys it). I would be glad to continue bring you some of our surplus and delicious food, and possibly other things we have some surplus of (tobacco, light arms, and various consumer goods) if you'd like. I am also hoping to open a restaurant soon, which could make stops at your station to help boost morale and stuff, ja?
I have also noticed a troubling increase in slaves being transported around. Maybe they could come to the one of your stations and be free? We still have pretty limited space.

Ja, the Unioners are a little grumpy and occasionally less than nice. I was hoping that some of our newer members could assist in the flight to Omega-52, meet some of your people, and get to understand the SCRA better. Then maybe the Unioners will hear about it and we can all be friends again.

You may or may not have heard of me. I was a Councillor of the Mollys during the reign of the Council, and an Ace in the [M]ollies after that till I was unfortunately sidelined and pulled from duty due to extensive injuries suffered in a battle.
So anyhow, I've finally returned to my ship to find that Dublin is well in hand. No overwhelming enemies to fight. No pirates to chase off. Precious little action.
So I've turned my gaze outwards, towards diplomacy and trade.
It's always been a dream of the Mollies to be wholly self-sufficient, and although this is an impossibility, as it stands currently our only source of H-fuel is the notoriously unreliable Junkers, smuggling it through BAF patrols and BMM raiding squads.
I wish to change that.
To that end, I am hoping not only to open trade relations for the Mollies with the SCRA in honour of our long-standing military relations, but also to further develop the relationship our two factions share.
