cruusader, i faced the similar problem numerous of times. I know it is a pain in the ass, but you have to rename stuff inside the milkshape and then export it. I know,...pain:)

nope. Since its such a pain in the arse to take the screens needed to make a tut....

EDIT: i could make a vid maybe, although i doubt you'd learn much. The way i make my sigs are rather weird to most people as i dont use alot of layers and effect shiz like alot of people do

2. A lot of overlay, erasing, blurring
3. Sharpen, shadowing

some lasso usage
Alot of Layer masking
some warping
Alot of filter usage
Alot of Level/brightness&contrast usage
Alot of dodge, burn, blur and saturation
some merging

a black layer set to 25% soft light with internal stroke 1px wide black color
