As soon as you have dispatched the funds in question, Scarborough will be authorised to release the aforementioned Shetland into your custody.

You have my most abject apologies for the delay in delivery, The incursion of Gallia into Tau space had a quite severe impact on out contract delivery schedules and I regret to say that our contract with you was one of the ones affected. I can say with confidence that this is not normal for OSI and any further dealings will not have this problem.
