Any tip for creating a border for this one?

Assuming you work with photoshop,

1. Make a new layer called "Border"
2. Select Canvas (Ctrl + A)
3. Click Edit - Stroke
4. Select Colour, width and opacity of your border.
5. Check "Inside"
6. Click "OK"

I had some trouble working out on what I could do with the second window, and I thought, meh, why not just stick the ship make some effects and what not and add the Liberty Flag to it?

Haha thanks, but the BCA sig is one of my own personal favorites <3 it's sixteen attempts to get something working for a Faction sig:P
