Liberty is forced to divert forces to Bretonia to save them from Gallic stuff, signs some kind of treaty with Rheinland to stop war and has to pay them billions of credits in damages.

Similar to my thoughts.
I think both Liberty and Rheinland will call a cease fire as Gallia plows over Bretonia. Both re-enforcing borders, and sending aid to Bretonia. After all both may be Gallia's next target. Also the nomads are up to something, and who knows they may be planning another assault on Rheinland. Which will cause Rhienland to divert even more forces.
Lore wise Liberty has a massive naval force, but Rheinland does not. Rheinland is fighting hordes of Hessiens with a major fleet in game, but Liberty is fighting only minor slirmish's.
So lets face it. Rheinland does not have firepower to push into Liberty, and Liberty does not have the need to push Rheinland. Only time will tell.

The might of the current RNC fleet is so powerful it Chuck Norris' lore and Rheinland takes over all of Sirius causing the familiar sound of "zeee Germans are coming, again." Galia, realizing how silly their quest really is, notices the color of their ships and pulls back to smoke cigs, eat moldy cheese and just passive aggressively say snide remarks about the other houses while supplying both the corsair, outcast, and hessian forces (who reject the french aid out of pure contempt) making huge profits.
