I met the Banderas dude... first time was in orbit around Planet New Berlin, where he was taxing traders. We fought, I was winning, he ran to Sigma 13 where I killed him. Much later (after the 4 hours) I found him pirating in Chugoku, where, by the luckiest shot I've ever seen, I lost. Maybe this is one of those guys that think that 'all pirates should be allies' and acts accordingly...

all pirates are ally.that's Bullsh*t..all outcast side factions are hating corsairs like mad...they should NERVER EVER work together..
I would like to report on the occurances this evening, I Entered the Sigma-13 system and met up with Aegis stationed by the New Berlin jump hole, we spoke for a minute and he commented that there was a NovaPG in system, I began recon, called in location, formed up with the cruiser and we engaged the Nova PG, then a TBH fighter engaged as well. After a relatively short flight I was able to dispatch both with the assistance of Aegis. I can only assume that their pods were tractored in by Junkers and transported to their base where they had secondary fighters waiting for them there. They both then proceded to the New Berlin system where we reengaged them, two LC gunboats were destroyed in the fight, I was unable to check for survivors, I only hope some support crews will be able to check the asteroids for escape pods, I would hate to hear that all hands were lost. They did fight bravely. A bounty hunter engaged as well, and for some reason The Nova PG did not fire upon me, but I was not about to allow the corsair to escape, I persued his disintigrating ship through the sigma 13 jump hole. While I entered the system he engaged his cruise engines and ran away, most likely to the junker base, and I lost the contact there, shortly after the Nova PG flew by me and disappeared into the gas clouds. I do not know the status of the ship, or if it survived the gas clouds.
Hmmm... so here we go, seeing a lot more about our TBH member than the NovaPG member, because the TBH name was easy to remember and the NovaPG one wasn't. Hmmmm....
X-Lancer, I actually dont see any breakage of rules from what you said, as he died in Sigma 13, then went to pirate in NB. At which point, you engaged him. (which may have been the point of this thread for the loophole?)
I'll agree its bad sportsmanship, I also agree its lame. But he cannot be punished because he broke no rules.
As to the NovaPG bomber working with the TBH bomber, what would you shoot first if you were in a bomber? a Gunboat or another bomber?
Very similar to the case the evening in NY, where the Outcasts accused the Xenos of "working with the navy" because the Xenos were shooting them (who numbered a lot more than the navy) instead of the navy. I think its perfectly legit for the outgunned forces to temporarily put their differences aside and work to survival. After all, a human's base instinct is to survive. If you dont think instincts such as this should come into the equation, then.. well...

Thats like saying Xenos should never work with the Navy against impossible odds. Sorry, I think I value my life over some feud which I can continue later....
i am not towaring any TBH and NovaPG member.don't make me wrong....i am pointing to the rules..in RP way...after you kill a guy.and you jump to another system..and you see the same guy again..WTF....what i am seeing? a ghost?

Sorry if I get carried away defending the Corsairs, but all these seem to always end saying "Corsairs are sh*t" which I dislike very much indeed.
it's ok...i just don't want this kind of situation happens again so sugguest to change to rule.because is like being a PvP whore and is not fair at all...all those thing are just an example..not pointing to anyone..
I realize my folly and apologize. Although I did not break any rules I still probably shouldn't have done what I did. As for the NovaPG pilot, we were engaged by a fighter and a Battle Cruiser, then 2 Gunboats. I realized that the only way to survive would be to assist the NovaPG against the hostiles. Again I am sorry for the problem in NB but, you were the ones who came after me. I was not planning to reengage until you guys came and attacked me. I did not fire first. GF btw.
