True, if you are following the server rules then you are ok with all
But do note that this is an RP server, so that means every faction has their own ,,rules".So even if you follow the server rules and not follow the faction's rules, you may not be hated or sanctioned directly, but you won't have the right of complaining about why a Corsair Ossie stormed in and busted your ship in 10 millions of little iron shards floating in the voidless space
What I want to mean is that even if you follow the rules, your actions, whatever they are will have a consequence, since this server is RP.Kinda like in physics, every action has a reaction.
If you do something that breaks your factions laws, then you will be killed by them, but also, by being in a faction, you can sometimes be...let's say at the wrong place at the wrong time, you may have not did something directly to the zoners who shot you, but your faction maybe did.So, you are an indie scapegoat being punished for something your faction did.Because a faction is a unity of more people, so you can't simply punish one, you punish all of them, one for all, all for one.
So, like others said, if you want to act only by the server rules, a pirate ID should be best
