Bretonia Police - Warden of Manchester

Right recently I have been made a Superintendent in Bretonia Police ANNND due to having the rank I was made an Superintendent of Manchester called Warden of Manchester

AND I NEED A SIG:)

Some of you maybe remember my previous requests for transmission bars for who don't information below:

Character name : Miranda Bailey
Rank: Superintendent - Warden of Manchester

Now what I am aiming for - the sig must contain something that reminds of Bretonia, BesT If it is about Manchester - I want my character pic no neccesary this one to be included possible somewhere on the sides of the sig and Warden of Manchester text somewhere on the sig - Bretonia logo like this one http://discoverygc.com/wiki/images/thumb/4...oniaFlagPS2.png would be nice but not neccesary. I will try to find something I am looking for in existing sigs. My price is from 100 mln to 200 mln depends on the thing you come up with.

If any of you have seen my personal signature hero Waratah and his sigs - What I am looking for is something similar to what he did for the indian stuff - the pic of character some background - in this case something related with bretonia and a Miranda Bailey Warden of Manchester somewhere in the middle of placed somewhere in the sig.
I am not gonna copy links to mr Waratah work because I am not authorised to do it:)so find it yourself - NOTE: Mr Waratah if you find this request worth your time your work will most likely satisfy me as it always does. For the rest of you willing to try - GIVE ME WHAT YOU CAN and believe me I will pay you what's the sig worth.
