Hello Kusari,

Today, I had the pleasure of ridding the Kepler system of a Cardamine smuggler flying a Dromedary. The encounter was slightly strange, seeing as the ship had an Outcast ID, but a Lane Hacker IFF. Also, a Blood Dragon stopped by, but he didn't start a fight and I had some repairs to make, so we parted without any weapons fire.

The fight started at the Ames when I ordered the ship to halt after spotting the Cardamine in his hold, as well as his ID and affiliation, and he answered with a surprise attack.

After his surprise attack failed, he fled into a dust cloud. My targeting computer screwed up, so my Cruise Disruptors missed, but I pursued anyways, and caught up in the dust cloud. Then, I killed him, and destroyed the cardamine.

It kind of surprised me but then I remembered where I was, told him I was gonna collect a paycheck, then engaged him. He almost got away but after a brief chase through New Tokyo I caught him in Honshu and got the kill on him.

He usually stays near Ames in Kepler, but he seemed to be having some kind of business conversation with the Samura vessel there. I've caught him pirating your people before, so I took the opportunity to claim the bounty.

I believe the payment on these cargo pirate transports is 3 million?

Also, a heads up, I have seen his ship in Kyushu recently, but have not been able to engage him due to your changes in policy. However you should be aware that he is spending more time in Kusari.
