IDENTIFICATION: Obt. Renate Bommel
SOURCE: Brandenburg Borderstation, New Berlin system
SUBJECT: What is an embargo?!

.:JunkerTown:.,

you contacted me yesterday, when I was on patrol.
While such a patrol is stressful enough, you maybe got my response false.

Ze embargo between Rheinland and Liberty starts with ze gate in Hamburg.
And ze Rheinland law does not only not allow cargo moving to Liberty, it clearly states, zat noone, who isn't in ze exception list, is allowed, to pass zat border.

Zat means ze .:j:.Culblean may not pass the Bering/Hudson gate wiz cargo, and zat was ze reason, why it was moved out of Rheinland.

I slowly assume zat you never read ze laws.

Mit freundlichen Grueߟen

Oberst Renate Bommel

Transmission Begins

When this incident was described to me I was told something different.
Thank you for clarifying this matter for me.
While I don't agree a ship travelling from Rhineland to Puerto Rico should fall under your embargo.
Or the fact that this ship was made to remove eight units of consumer goods, one elixir and two units of synth paste.
These were items used in the ships daily activities.
Not being traded or sold to anyone anywhere.
Still that is not for me to decide.
Truth is we try to avoid Rhineland these days due to your laws and treatment of our ships.
This too will be noted and passed on to the other members.
Now if you'll excuse me I have many other things to do.
