818 A.S.: Ms. Polaris obtains a captain's licence for Capital Class vessels. Discovery-01, an Aquilon carrier carrying a host of advanced sensor and scanner equipment, is launched with the objective to survey known space and to refine the technology to produce stable coordinates. Stella Polaris is the acting commander.
817 A.S.: Obtains full control of "Beta Research Corporation" (BRC) and takes the role of CEO. BRC is one of the first entities able to produce survey modules that provide stable coordinates for cynosural field emitters more commonly known as Jump Drives. The technology is still in its early stages.
801-816 A.S.: After being properly registered as a Zoner, Ms. Polaris founds a hedge fund with a small office on Ames. Alongside other venture capitalists, she invests in a wide range of scientific programmes and upstart corporations. With a steady 90% profit margin across the entire portfolio, she made a fortune for herself and her fellow investors.
800 A.S.: Frustrated with even tighter house regulations as a result of the nomad war, and shocked by material regarding Ageira published by Lane Hackers, Ms. Polaris sells her part of the "TrustCorp" shares and applies for Zoner identification papers. Relocates to Ames Research Station.
797 A.S.: Assumes the role of CEO of "TrustCorp" after a controversial buy-out by Ms. Polaris, several chief members of staff and a handful of wealthy investors. Ageira Tech is still the primary client of "TrustCorp".
793 A.S.: CFO of "TrustCorp", an Ageira subsidiary tasked with the application of cutting edge theoretical science with the purpose of optimizing Ageira products.
785 A.S.: Headhunted by Ageira Techs corporate division after succesfully demonstrating how it is possible to predict dark matter storms (like the one that arrived in Kepler the year earlier and caused great harm to the tradelanes) with greater accuracy. The project gets applauded for its use of inexpensive techniques and equipment.
783 A.S.: Enrolled in Ageira Tech's "Young Talents Programme".
