Prognostic : Partial to full recovery following a prolonged comatose stage.
Vital diagnosis: The patient's life isn't in danger. The chances for the patient to recover with no sequelæ are balanced. Until the patient's state evolves, the respiratory functions are to be taken in charge by medical assistance.
Background : Admitted following a rescue in Sigma 17 system, the patient was diagnosed prolonged hypoxia and close to critical fluid deprivation, along with third degree burn injuries located on the lower limbs and minor traumas including a broken rib and a compound fracture located on the patient's left arm.
The severity of the injuries made the use of biocubes coupled with induced coma a necessity until the major part of the damaged tissues could be regenerated.
The patient has shown struggling in leaving comatose state, only coming into conscious state occasionally.

An advanced patrol received a distress call while they were patrolling in Seiran dust cloud, Kyushu system.
While the source claims to be part of the Kusari Naval Forces, it seems the pilot is loyal to the old regime.

Yet, he belongs to Kusari people, and thus deserves to be rescued.

I will ask the patrols in New Tokyo to check Kanto field during their operations.
Please be reminded this distress call is suspicious, However. It could be an elaborated trap, counting on our compassion to catch our forces off guard. You shall stay in formation during the scans of the area; Do not spread.

If you come to find the source of the distress call, you are asked to rescue the pilot, put him under arrest and bring him to Kansai Research Station, where we will be able to find out who is that pilot.

In the event the pilot is saved by a third party, you are authorized to order the rescuer to hand him over.

Today I took it under personal duty to investigate a matter of IMG forces shooting one of our destroyers that was engaged in fighting with Colonial forces at Tau-23. While the matter was being resolved one of the Colonials actually arrived in the scene whom I attempted to arrest.

He refused to stop for interrogation, and start to flee. He was no good in combat and did no harm to my ship, while I slowly destroyed his, he managed to flee to a system called Tau-39 and there dock on a ship named "Carrier Hades" that identified itself as colonial owned. I find the matter to be very troubling and a quite possible cause for future assaults on our own navy and our allies' the Royal Navy.

I am attaching the data to this stream, in hope you will know better than me what to do with it.

It was more than suspected Independent Miner Guild is having strong ties with Colonial forces.
The presence of this heavy unit in an IMG controlled system is peculiar. No doubt GRN High Command would be interested to know this.

However, i'm ensure it would be in Kusari's best interest.
Make no mistake. Gallia is dangerous. Even though we were forced to sue for peace, it doesn't mean they can be trusted.

As long as Gauls are occupied fighting on many fronts, they will leave our house alone. A time we can take advantage of to rebuild our defensive means.

That said, Colonials are still enemies. We shall hunt them if they have the imprudence to enter in our space.
