This is an issue that is being addressed in .87
Perhaps the more Sirius civilians they turn to their side, the more resources they have. More people = workers, traders, military force. Ultimately leads to more influence, then more people and so on and so forth. But that's just my thought on the matter xD

I think that the brets were punished not for breaching their zoi, but for having a war with another house when they are already at war. If your talking about the Westfallen/LD14 events.
SCRA is at war with everyone potentially, I think a better question would be where do they get the money from for all thier stuff?
Same way as Hessians to make their Capital Fleets. Or Zoners. Or Hellfire Legion. Or Colonials(well, those at least got several centuries of R&D with them). Or Coirsairs and Outcasts. Or Order. Or BHG (loled at reading how BHG lost as many battleships in Omicrons, as Bretonia had left). Teh list can go on.
Don't try to search for sense or logic in Discovery lore, it doesn't live in this place.
P.S. Not the proper thread, but here's one thing bout previous one, closed by Rawr - what 99% of posters failed to realise, is that person in question (a.k.a. OP) doesn't object being ganked into oblivion. Even 15:1 odds/instakills are ok. (sorru, I couldn't read further then first 2 pages)
He's only complain was referred to the RP part. It's nice to see the community is full of people who understood that. Right?

On their scale, that would have worked 700 years ago (or, in FL case, 1500 years ago). Wouldn't work at this point.
P.P.S. Yes. Teleporting Part. THE TELEPORTING PART.
I'm observing it since the beginning of my encounters with them.
Please, guys, if you decided to bring your dessies&Stuff half Sirius away from your home, be it Liberty, Taus, or any other hole - don't suicide teleport all the way back, k? I'm generally ok with that, there're moments when you don't wish to go back normally, and everybody is doing it - but not that often. Please.

As far as I'm concerned you and the rest of your post can go shove it, as you have no idea what goes on behind the scenes in regards to these matters, and willfully neglected both the Hellfire Legion and now the SCRA posting that these are things being addressed in .87
But that quote there is true, something I see happening more often than I'd like, and find it pretty disgusting. I try to stop it whenever I see it, but obviously I can't be on all the time. Would help if people pointed it out when it did though.

I think not.
edit: a fair number of ID's don't have a hard and fast ZoI (some only reference it, others have certain powers within it).
Well, yea they can. /thread
Bring it up with the devs if you think it is an issue
Same with the SCRA
Wrong.Im not hating anyone.
I want see only enemies by the game fighting in their borders.
If im playing Rheinland > my enemies Liberty and Rheinland pirates, but not HF legion in New Berlin or GC with Blood Dragons, which coming to assist liberty, because Rheinland for them potential agression in future.
If Gallia > BAF\CR\Council and Gallia criminals or maybe Bretonia criminals, but not SCRA and Nomads, which going to help Bretonia Monarchy in this fight.
If Corsairs > SCRA\OC\RH and etc,but not Gallia in imcron Gamma which sow in Corsairs potential aggressor in future.
You have faction, you have borders, all of you,be in this interests of faction and work in your borders. See priority of enemy and shot him.
Or i think better idea to do storyline like with CR, that SCRA has evacuated their fleet, because they have no power to fight with Corsairs because....they lost to many people and ships in Leeds.
So omega 52 was captured by Corsairs. Or SCRA has admin guns by storyline and corsairs cant capture them, right?
ALL factions must fight in their storyline.
IF one faction will shot other, because this is only POTENTIAL aggression - we will loose in game real enemies and real friends.
With this argumentation i can shot everyone...good bye storyline.

Well, it's not like I'm willing to start flamewars bout suicide-teleporting and screenshot every instance of that, but that's kinda... anti-climatic/annoying, at times. Since, if you take the risk to go all the way towards whatever destination you've picked, you also take the risks associated with returning from that destination. If you have to go, F1 in space is better. (then again, sometimes suicide stuff is ok. )
Now, definitely, I don't know what's going on behind the scenes. Nor I see any possibility to put logic into capfleets of minor factions, except for full rewrite of the faction lore. Maybe, you can bring some more light to this matter?
