Same thing in Serbia bro and it's still falling pretty good ....makes my job rly "interesting" ....

A few flakes of snow fell in the Netherlands.

People aren't used to dealing with minor adversity anymore. If it's showing, use snowchains and drive slower. Shovel/plow your sidewalk/driveway. Allow for some extra travel time as needed. Whining "ooh, horror winter of doom" isn't going to make the snow go away...

That depends on what country are you speaking of. Here it definetely is (In Croatia most snow fallen in one day after 1970s, something like that), even though I have a feeling Christmas won't be white.
