Due to the proliferation of groups seeking permission to utilize recent technological developments, namely travel through hyperspace via jumpdrive, a standard licensing procedure has thus been drawn up by the authorities of the Crown.

Groups who wish to legally jump into and out of Bretonia must provide the following information:

These licenses will last indefinetely and cost 5.0 million credits, which are to be send to QCG|HMS-Dauntless with a proof of payment. A license will be automatically considered as approved within five days since the submission of payment.

Jump Drive initialization within systems under Bretonian authority is only authorized at controlled points out of the way of civilian traffic. These are:

• New London - Battleship Somerset or Battleship Essex
  
• Cambridge - Battleship Norfolk or Sector C5 between the trade lane and the Peterborough facility
  
• Manchester - Sector C4, between the trade lane and Newgate deep-max penitentiary
  
• Newcastle - Moon Ashington
  
• Leeds - Battleship Ark Royal or Sector F5 between the two trade lanes
  

Jump Drive operations with their destination point being within Bretonian space are freely permitted so long as civilian traffic is not obstructed.

For each jump, any active BPA or BAF pilots in the area shall be informed and inspect the arriving/departing convoy. If none are available, details of all incoming and outgoing vessels are to be submitted in written form here.

Registered jump-groups must comply with Bretonian law at all times. Repeated law violations and outstanding fine payments may lead to licenses being revoked.

Mr. Petrone,

The Carrier "Bouncin' Betty" is eligible to jump under the existing licence applying to the "Jumpin' Jack". The records will be updated to show this.

It may also be registered for scanning after the 50 million fee has been sent, although you will have to arrange for an escort to move either ship around Bretonia, whether after jumping or scanning.
I hear from our Inspector Page that he recently allowed you to do just that several days ago, so we will see you in a month or so.

Once the 250 million fee has been paid, the Reticulae will be cleared for jumping to and from the Battleship Suffolk accompanied by Onyx| transports and non-capital class escorts only. You will also be able to load up on any non-restricted cargo for your return journey.

The Betty is now eligible to scan under escort of an Armed Forces Lieutenant or above, or a Police Constable or above. The same officers can receive your jump-groups using either Betty or Jack, or you may file your reports here.

Mr. Burton,

I was wondering when I'd be seeing forms filled out with your name on them. As we discussed earlier, Phoenix may use their jump-capable homeships to begin trading within Bretonia at a greater rate than conventionally.
After you transfer the 250 million licence fee, the Phoenix ship herself can be received only at the points specified by the Office - our Battleships or near them. Either you will need to be received and scanned by an Armed Forces Lieutenant or above, or a Police Constable or above; or file a report of all cargo manifests and group members in this channel.
Your scanning ship may begin after you have paid the 50 million credit fee. This will need to be escorted at all times by a suitably ranked officer.

As I discussed with you before, here you'll find the attached details of all our previous "jumps" into Bretonia Space. We will update this channel with details of any further jumps undertaken when not under BAF or BPA escourt. Logs of in and outbound cargo is as follows:
